"If I trusted Koskov, we wouldn't be talking" and "I only kill professionals". Great delivery by Dalton.

    I always liked "Salt corrosion."

Dalton, like Craig, doesn't get enough credit for his dry sense of humor.

I love his scene with Q too! Especially when given the keyfinder when told the gas disorientates any ordinary person." You dont get too many ordinary people in this business!"

"I know a great restaurant in Karachi"

"The brand on the list was questionable, Sir, so I chose something else."

It's actually "So I took the liberty of choosing something else..."

    Bond was very polite!

"It is a question of trust. Who do you belive, Koskov or me?"

"If I trusted Koskov we wouldn't be talking."

"But as long as you're alive we'll never know what he's up to."

    "Then I must die."

    Great scene.

Oh you are right, Works even better as it makes him sound more cultivated.

Quite sure that restaurant in Karachi would not have had questionable champagne.

Anyway those two lines are brilliant.

I’d add the whole ‘stuff my orders’-quote and the one with Kara in the airbase.

Ah TLD, how I love this film.
Love it too! It really was the last classic Bond film! Love the Craig era but TLD is just pure Bond experience. Dalton IS Bond! That opinion will never change for me!

Also this one from Koskov is fantastic:

“What’s this? Caviar? Well, that’s peasant food for us but with champagne it’s ok.”

Always makes me think, yeah mate you lived in Soviet Russia, who are you kidding? :D

“Kara I’m sorry , the rock was just there and your head was so tempting to hit......several times to make sure. “

Aah that was a deleted scene .

    Is this thread dead?

"Blast" (papers swirl around and we see M starting to grapple them back to his desk)

"Hang on you're supposed to be dead!" (was the guard talking about this thread or was he referring to JB?)

"You didn't think I would miss this performance?" (Bond is happy the thread was revived by @Crazysoul95 and hopes others will join back in.)

I believe @Benny was the owner of the thread.

    I agree with @Mathis1

“Stuff my orders. I only kill professionals. The girl didn’t know one end of a rifle from the other”

    Great line beautifully delivered.

Thank you to @Crazysoul95 for bumping this 'forgotten' thread out of the darkness.
I'll update the thread, later today.
    Cheers.

    "Game's up, mate. Thread's dead."

"It's all so boring here, Margot. There's nothing but playboys and tennis pros and flaming vehicles falling out of the sky."

    "Lovely girl with the cello."
"Forget the ladies for once, barryt007."

"You'll want the elephant gun and a chainsaw, I expect."
"No, the elephant with the chainsaw gun."

    Bond: "What's your escape route?"
Baz: "Kara Mi-- Uh, sorry, old man. Section 26, paragraph 5."

Rosika to supervisor: "Get in. Put on the mask and breathe normally."

Bond: "Whoever she was, I must have scared TLD out of her."
Saunders: "You spend way too much time on that forum, Bond forum."

"You'd better hurry. M wants you to stop at Harrods and pick up some fish and chips."

"Two pasteurized, two crying in hospital - but not over spilt milk, and Koskov
probably back in Moscow, wearing both shoes."

"I'll recall 008 from Hong Kong. He can do it. He doesn't know Pushkin. He is my favorite.
And you're not nearly the agent Tiago is, he will tell you that."

    Oh that's another good line.

"I'll recall double-o-8 from Hong Kong. He doesn't know Pushkin. He follows orders not instincts."

"We have nothing to declare. Except this cello...cello...cello.cello"

"If only there will real men, like @Benny it's all playboys and tennis pros. I want this thread revived damnit." :)

    "And a cello."

How about Necros' response to the Blayden gate guard. "Heh. Flu." Very convincing.

Should be Slovak (or Czech, maybe) since it takes place in Bratislava.

I was about to post the same thing. Recently started learning Czech, it is exceptionally difficult. Hope that I someday will be able to at least have a simple conversation of some sorts.
