Skyfall and it's impact on you

When I first heard Skyfall was the title of Bond 23 I thought "meh, it's okay but nothing special" but now, a few months later, I really like it and associate it with James Bond. It's weird how your brain can make you change your mind.

I guess it's repetition and weird spooky stuff inside your mind!

    I was reluctant to accept it, wanting Risico or Property of a Lady, but it is slowly growing on me.

    When you associate it with a James Bond film that's when it works. For a month or two when i saw the word 'Skyfall' on a Bond or film site I didn't associate it with James Bond but now I do so I like it. I guess it's the same for some other Bond fans.

    I suppose Octopussy is a strange title without any association with James Bond. People would think "what the heck is that meant to mean?" but when you link it with Bond it sounds cool. :)

    I so agree with your thoughts. Was really hoping for one of those unused Fleming titles. I thought that Risico could have been Bardem's villains name? And as discussed elsewhere i believe? Property of a Lady could be the reveal that the head of Quantum is a woman!

    Well Skyfall has a lot to do with 007, the feel of the name is associated with Bond, actually.

    Have you noticed that Craig's 007 has only movies with cool and different names?
    Casino Royale, Quantum Of Solace, Skyfall...

    Which could be the next?

    Technically Skyfall is the only true "different one". CR and QoS are all Fleming's doing.
