Why can't two birds just put aside their differences and share a nest without contention for once?
I would if I watched football; I'm a hockey guy, myself, and am looking forward to it returning in just a few short days.
Well I'm just curious because Seahawks are in playoffs with a rookie QB, and the Falcons have made it to play offs, but lost their first game for the last 3 years. It's a good match, I was just wondering his reasoning.
But you are right. This isn't the place, and while me and him may be able to hold a civilized discussion, others may get involved and drive us way off topic.
But seriously, I'll be spending 3-4 hours screaming at my television, and then after that spending 3 more cringing at what's likely to be a disappointing Globes.
Funny, I read this, and then checked my Twitter feed to read that the most recent tweet said that an agreement had been signed, and that the Hockey strike had ended. Literally a minute after you posted this. Cool.
Arent Americans quaint? These guys seem utterly oblivious that its Man Utd v Liverpool today with all their bird talk. Is it some pigeon fancying contest in Harrogate they are going on about or what?
My money is on Kes or Speckled Jim.
They could call it footmelon :D
See what I mean about someone coming along and driving this way off topic?
Sorry mods, I shouldn't of even started this in the first place.
Rugby, now that is a man's game. Where would the NFL be without it?
Russell Wilson is a rookie and already won more Playoff games than Matt Ryan. (I'm slightly biased because the Seahawks beat the Skins and I'm a Skins fan.) This is going out of control so I'll stop here.
Ok, ok, Craig and Bardem both used to play rugby and continue to be fans. Any chance to get back on topic via that? :P
That does suit it more :P
It's not called soccer, it's called football ;). FIFA, the international (so not just europe) governing body of the sport, stands for (in English) International Federation of Association Football.
Football is the official name for it. What you yanks have is American football, which to me just looks like rugby with body armor.

For the first award, she looks eager to meet him. I bet she had a great joke lined up, haha
Isn't it wunderful? All these Award recognitions for 'Skyfall'? Winning from 'The Watch', 'Looper', 'The Avengers' and 'The Dark Knight Rises' is IMO extraordinary. Lovely to see Gary Barber so happy :-)!
Thanks for the videos @marketto007.
Yeah, the high horse at MGM must be thinking "ha, bankruptcy don't have shite on us now."
I was kind of expecting a heart warming speech from him on the subject, but alas, just a list of names and people.
Dench laying into the Oscars....bitch laid into the other bitches in Oscar town. How can u nominate QT's indulgent western and not Skyfall in the best film category?
Shocking simply shocking.
Stay classy, San Diego! ;-)
Always.

Wow, she really went at the Academy there. 8-|
Sometimes I think members on here are toddlers.
Saw Carey Lowell as well, she looked nice too. I didn't know she was married to Richard Gere.
