Felix dies in LTK, eh? I must have seen the wrong film then, gentlemen. Could any of you be so kind as to direct me to that cut of the movie? ;)

You haven't seen it? It's the cut where Bond gets stuck in the tanker that explodes, and then he comes back as a RoboSpy.

No, I haven't seen that one. I heard about a bootleg copy going around though that *spoilers* features Della as the main villain after she fakes her death, and it is soon revealed that she teamed up with Sanchez years prior in order to frame Felix to stop him and his men from snooping around their drug trafficking operations. I won't go into it too much, but apparently the film ends with a dazzling dance number where Bond and Pam face off in a waltz competition against Sanchez and Della in order to acquire a trophy that contains evidence that proves Felix's innocent planted there by the event promoter who Bond seduced into helping him the night before. Thrilling stuff, right?!

@WillyGalore, Collins is actually going to play Bond in 'Bond 24,' but he'll have a super realistic (trust me, I know) Daniel Craig mask on.

@0BradyM0Bondfanatic7, I saw that version! I think the working title was 'Dance Another Day.'

Even if Collins had a Craig mask on, do you think he'd still be able to fool the members over at DCINB? I'd place money on it. ;)

And, how was it? It was explained to me by a friend as "Footloose" meets "Scarface" that had a baby with "Goodfellas" and called it "Singin' in the Rain." I mean, it must be phenomenal!

I heard its working title was "Dance Another Day" too, but I wasn't sure how reliable the source was. Other possibles I heard included "You Only Waltz Twice," "Quantum of Samba," "Live and Let Jive," "The Man With the Golden Grind," "The Spy Who Dipped Me," "Mamboraker (or Moonwalk)," "Licence to Krump," "Rumba Royale," and of course, "Jazz Hands Never Die."

I can understand the members on DCINBs feelings during the time before CR (although i didn't agree with them, i could in a way understand their concern) but now. 7 years later and they still slag of Craig and hope that Brosnan will return? Come on, it's just prepostrous. Craig has proven to be a massive success and it seem's like they can't grasp the reality and understand their "defeat". It's just sad to see.

@0BradyM0Bondfanatic7, 'Jazz Hands Never Die' is either the title of my band (if I ever make one, though I'm not musically talented in the slightest), or it's the title of a film that I would see whether I knew anything about it or not.

Roger Moore were always better than his films. Because even though i'm not that fond o the directions his films took he did always shine and did always his best. It is very obvious that he enjoyed being Bond and that he loved every second of it.

His darkest film were TMWTGG and he played a harder Bond eloquently.
Which brings me into my controversial opinion:

    TMWTGG is very Fleming-esque.

Not as crazy as it sounds. Not by a long stretch.

Peel of Pepper, some of Goodnight's actions and the handling of the karate-girls and you got a pretty serious story with some sarcastic undertones which is very much in vein of Fleming. Moore does also perform very much like Bond in the books, he's sinister but not as serious as Dalton and Craig sometimes are.

    Agreed.

That people are always afraid of changes, no matter what. It is natural, but some people are more afraid than others.

Not content with slagging off DC on another website, they're now sticking their claws into TD.

Some of the less intellectual highlights include: (I have suitably added my feelings)

"I never thought Dalton was Bond." :O

"Bond would never go rogue, as that is considered being a treason." X_X

    "Licence To Kill is not a Bond film. It was more like an American cop movie rather than something a British spy to be dealing with. Sure, Felix was murdered , but he should have AT LEAST took permission from M to investigate the situation, accusing Sanchez for being terrorist." 8-}

"I personally think it was a mistake not to cast either Lewis Collins or Ian Ogilvy in the role in the eighties." =))

Are you sure those aren't quoted from TDINB.com?

Our dear @BeatlesSansEarmuffs, you are surely aware that the most earnest debate must at some eventuality be met with the most facetious of comedy. The boys and I were even debating taking this little show on the road, but considering @Creasy47's penchant for alluring the female sex, @WillyGalore's almost curse-like attachment to thrills and adventure (his middle name is "Danger" after all) and my own inability to drive our tour bus without broadsiding a dozen or so vehicles heading down the interstate, it simply doesn't appear to be in the cards right now. Surely you must understand?

I just announced it not long ago, weren't you around? You get with so many women that you can't focus on the job at hand, @Willy can't stop getting in trouble with the law, and for Fleming's sake, can somebody please teach me how to drive a flippin' tour bus?!

Hold my vodka, I'll take the wheel...

Any other controversial opinions before we derail this topic?

(See what I did there? Because we're talking about driving a tour bus...and derailing...like if we crashed or something...b-but I'm also talking about the topic. Hello? H-hello?)

@StirredNotShaken, but it was fun, was it not? Pretty suspenseful, too! Only @WillyGalore can deliver intense thrills like that, so I was surprised that I managed something so exciting.

@StirredNotShaken, I thought we all agreed to keep that little incident a secret?

Well, now that the proverbial cat is out of the bag...

@Creasy, we all love you, but doing body shots off bikini clad passengers while driving at speeds surpassing 80 miles per hour really is pushing it. I don't think we are asking for too much here.

In a bus. Filled with gold. That we just spent a 2 hour film stealing. While putting up with MyCo Caine's bullshit.

That, minus Bond's interrogation of Andrea (a scene Fleming would've been unsettled by) - and I'd agree.

I've been racking my brains for something controversial to put on here, but alas I seem to be in the majority.

However, I've got a controversial opinion for you -

I wouldn't mind Marc Forster coming back..........
