He really makes it seem easy, which, by the effort given today - it probably is!
There is something to be said about former players having a role in their teams. With my already mentioned "other" team, Rosenborg, this has been used to great success. Most of the coaching staff are former players, and former players are always around the club in some capacity. Most importantly, they know how to use that experience and knowledge. So should Arsenal!
Bring in Henry, Wright and the other guys (Pires has expressed interest in a sporting director-role), and use what they know to turn this thing around!
January was a rotten month for us for some reason. Couldn't win a game.....

Let's not forget that Chelsea are still four points ahead of Spurs. A couple of losses and already they're out of the title race. I don't think so.
Despite a poor display against a rejuvenated Man Utd, I'm confident Chelsea will still go on to win the title. Going to be an interesting run in. I'd be more worried about making the CL if I was a Utd fan.

United will need to win the Europa to qualify for the CL, despite yesterday still a big ask to finish in the top four.
Reports of Jose's demise have been greatly exaggerated. Bear in mind that all they would've needed is to convert a handful of draws to wins to be right in amongst it this season, and that's with a squad full of Moyes and Van Gaal dross, then with another spending spree in the summer it's depressing to say they'll be one of the favourites next season.
Chelsea and Utd slugging it out for the title next year, with Spurs gamely trying to keep up but hamstrung by Levy's parsimony and the likelihood of someone swooping in and nicking Alli and Kane. No doubt Pep will be given copious funds but the jury still out whether he's the real deal when he doesn't get gifted the best team in the league to work with.
Sadly Jurgen will be struggling to compete at home and in Europe pathetically thin squad. We need a good seven 20-25m players to have the slightest hope of competing.
And Arsenal? There's still a big 6 it's just the 6th team is Everton now.
Klopp got a good deal of praise from many, but is he really that good?
Conte is a good manager in my opinion, and not just because he's Chelsea. But he's done a good job with the team this season for my money.
Pochettino has taken Spurs to be a real contender.
Despite their poor form of late, is Wenger a bad manager? I don't think he can fall into that category just yet. You don't stay that long at Arsenal and be a poor manager.
Tony Pulis and Ronald Koeman must surely get a mention as well.
And what of 'the special one' ?
Is José Mourinho the man to take Man Utd on. Or will he be on the road again after two more seasons. The verdict on that one is still out for me.
Personally I think Conte is a great manager for Chelsea, and hope he stays put for a while yet.
Don't think there will be many more surprises this season. Arsenal will have to try winning the FA cup, which they probably won't, seeing how they play right now. Actually, I can see Everton finishing 6th, in front of Arsenal.
I'm really looking forward to the summer transfer window. Which clubs will spend the most, and who will get the better players. Mourinho will most likely spend big, so will Conte and Guardiola. Sp*rs will probably strengthen their squad, while trying to keep their best players. Liverpool must strengthen their thin squad, if they hope to compete with the rest.
On top of that, it will be fun to see what Everton does, if Lukaku doesn't sign a new contract. Barkley is probably on some other clubs list as well. Arsenal have enough troubles as there is; will Wenger stay or go? I think he'll stay, given the Kolasinac rumours. The transfer window is really the least exciting thing about Arsenal right now. What happens (or not!) with the structure of the club, will probably decide where Arsenal are at before next season.
Also, watching both of my teams play at the moment. Rosenborg with a 0-1-lead in an away game right now. Still, hope they do a better second half.
