Hard fought win by Liverpool thanks to 2 great goals by that man again ,Salah.
Hopefully he stays injury free for the season.
It was like a cup final with a very pleasing result.

Also great to see the mug dropped from the team although he shouldn't even be in the squad.

Our best performance of the season by some distance.

Beating shit teams 5-0 all well and good but to actually show the bottle to come from behind and grind out a win for a change when normally we would draw or lose is a big step up in where we want to be. Obviously another 5 mins of pressure and Karius would've thrown one in but we got over the line which is what good teams do. With VVD to come in though at least the defence is finally (after how many windows?) being addressed as well.

The big worry is that everyone is knackered and our form drops off a cliff again but certainly heading in a better direction than the scum at the moment.

United will be lucky to scrape 4th place we just have not recovered from the City defeat and we were abysmal in that game, Jose needs to change the formation and push Pogba further upfield.

Why can Mourinho never ever take responsibility for anything? It is always the referee, the FA, injuries (which every team faces). The few times he is able to admit they don't perform well enough, it's always the fault of the players. I can easily understand why almost every squad he has been in charge of has eventually turned against him.

Indeed. This league is duller than Scotland.

To be fair it was a pretty scandalous decision not to give Utd a penalty but that's small change compared to the millions of dodgy ones they have been given over the years. Finally a bit of long overdue karma coming their way. I notice their Fergie time only comes in around 3 to 4 mins these days too. Never would have happened on Howard Webb's watch.

Bumped to Thursday for some reason (presumably TV money). Don't tell me you forgot to take Harry Kane out of your fantasy team?

    Aaah thanks Wiz.

Nah,no Scum players in my team now.
Had Ali for a while but changed him among other signings for De Bryne and reaped the rewards ;)

Yeah offloaded Alli months ago. You'd say he's struggling to make the plane but given the dearth of competition he's pretty safe.

Wilshere somethjng of a big time Charlie who has a reputation that exceeds anything he's actually ever done on the pitch. Hopefully he's finally learned to keep his gob shut and concentrate on getting game time. That said he does have it in his locker and again given the dearth of creativity he ought to go.

What a shit wall. What's the point in defending solidly for 85 mins and then leaving more holes than a tea bag?

So did Rob Jones and is he regarded as a great? Would've been but if you're never on the pitch you're nothing. Wilshere still might be a great one day but his career is inexorably ticking away. Even Darren Anderton managed to get himself fit in time for the World Cup.

People slagging off Jose constantly but there's the very picture of a bloke who has lost the plot. Arguing with the 4th official going to get you what exactly? You'd think after 800 games you'd know.

This is a similar refrain to Jurgen the other week against Everton: 'Oh the ref has robbed us'.*

That's the risk you run when you don't put shit teams to bed and that's not the ref's fault is it.

*Although the one against us was a clear penalty despite his comical attempts to suggest it wasn't.

But It is the highly paid ref's fault for making penalty decisions that are wrong.
Managers have every right to complain about penalties given that are wrong.

Imagine if that happens in a cup final like the 1990 World cup final. Do You remember that one wizkid?

VAR gets the vote from me. Vote 1 VAR.

You're very quiet about Salah these days.
Is Salah a World class player now, in your Uneducated opinion ?

Pep city beat newcastle 1-0 and drew to CP yesterday.
What excuses is pepe going to come up with now.
Maybe he needs to spend more money like josee needs to do. :)
