VAR definitely in the spotlight. Yeah, I think Evans got a hamstring injury. Could hamper any move.
Only just watched it on MOTD. Seems like VAR was our best player by far.

How much longer can a manager who has no concept of how to defend keep his job? Why is the guy three years in and we're now worse at the back than when he took over? The fact Minger still on the books let alone playing suggests managerial incompetence to me and the goals we ship seems to back it up. Why can Jurgen literally not see it?
If we don't get 4th he's got to be under serious pressure from the off next season.
Can see both sides here. You don't want to go for a rush move getting in a player, at the same time, having all that money not spent is strange.
But then again, I support a club that doesn't handle transfers windows well.

Yeah. If he plays 15 games, scores 10 goals and Kane breaks his leg he might have a sniff of the plane but it's a long shot for a bloke who can't play more than 2 games in a row without 3 months out. Same applies to Wilshere.

True and there is more competition up front now for England, I still rate Sturridge if he can get fit though he is rivalling Darren Anderton on the treatment table.
£75m spunked so the mathematically challenged think we're spending like the big boys but £146m has come in and our most naturally talented striker binned off the wage bill.
So a tidy £70m has gone AWOL into some Yank pockets and we won't be seeing that again.
Even if we spend a bit in the summer it won't be more than the £100m Sky money. All the gate money, commercial earnings and that £70m of Cout money disappearing into a black hole.
AND STILL NO FUCKING KEEPER.
And to think we joke at how badly Arsenal are run.

Off topic question: Is there pages missing from this thread and other threads on the forum? Went in to check a few threads, and only old post were available, even though on the main page said there was new posts posted…
Everything is OK then. Keep calm and carry on.
Interesting to speculate had the results been reversed yesterday things would be painted as looking positive for Arsenal and it would be Jurgen who's getting it in the neck this morning.
Both clubs have a lot in common actually:
1. Sold their best player but brought in a big name yet are trying to pass this window off as a good one when all they've done is stand still.
2. Both let go a striker that didn't play much but nonetheless it still weakens the squad by getting rid yet still we're lied to that this represents a forward trajectory.
3. Both led by stubborn managers who think their methods are the only way to play and constantly bleat when a lesser team has the temerity to be tactically better and take points off them.
4. Both have players turning out week in week out that are not fit for purpose yet the manager seems unable to see it.
5. Both run by yanks whose only interest is rinsing the club of money.
6. Both, theoretically sitting on massive stockpiles of cash but where has it all gone (see 5 above)?
7. Both only have the ambition to compete for the ultimate prize of 4th.
8. Both nowhere near competing with Europe's elite for major trophies.

I highly doubt it. Would really like Arsenal to pull a defender out of the hat, and maybe a DM, but with only hours left, that isn't likely. Then again, I hadn't counted on an Özil contract extension, either.
He should be busting a gut to get Luiz and Evans in.
If Girou has to go,then a swap deal with Chelski for Luiz would be good business.
And Evans is still a safe cheap option.
