I would be lying to say that I am happy he is doing well, though I liked him at United it just was a bad fit, if given no defensive duty he should flourish.
Had a great first half, but the second half has been poor from Arsenal. Everton has even got a goal now.
Not watching the game though Everton really have a poor record against your guys, you will probably score again.
And Arsenal did! Mkhitaryan made his third assist, with Ramsey scoring his third of the evening! Lovely stuff going forward, not so good at the back. Čech went out with an injury; hope it isn't bad.
Mykt had a great start to the season regarding assists, despite his dip he must be high up in the chart.
I saw some Gunners fans on one of the Football channels on Youtube claiming Cech is past it?
Is Čech past it? I don't know. The last few games haven't been good (one could argue that goes for several games this season), but you can't only put the blame on him alone. It's not like the defence is doing him many favours, either. Discussed Wojciech Szczęsny with a friend of mine today (he's an Arsenal fan as well). Looking at the Arsenal team, one would think he'd go straight into the starting eleven. Instead they let him go to Juventus, where he''ll be the replacement for Gianluigi Buffon. From what I've read, he didn't want to leave Arsenal, either.
Just watched the Arsenal highlights Mkyt looked good, a new attack freshens things up though as a pundit said on Match of the Day, away form for Arsenal is an issue.
To be honest maybe not including City most of the top teams have to improve and all have weaknesses. Uniteds midfield is a concern for me.
The away form is a serious issue for Arsenal. Top four (and EL) is all to play for, and away form is crucial to manage that. Sp*rs away and City at home is up next. Need positive results there to have any chance.
The United midfield have looked out of form, at least the last few games. Got results today, but they didn't look like title contenders.
Two tough games I hope you take points in both games ;)
In the big games I think United should play a midfield three with Pogba on the left in a more advanced position, I was not suprised we lost against Spurs the way we set up. I back Jose though his tactics have not been good against other top sides so far...
Always preferred watching Pogba in a advanced role, too. He's always able to create something then. Do you think they've manage to fit Sánchez in?
There is a problem I think... Well a potential problem as we have three good attackers who's best position is on the left Sanchez, Martial and Rashford. Rashford is out of form though can play on the right though Martial is not as Lethal on the right. You don't turn down a player like Sanchez though we did not need a left sided attacker. It's going to be a problem Jose is going to have to solve.
Indeed. Martial has had been in good form too, hasn't he? Not counting the Sp*rs game, of course.
__________
OptaJoe had some interesting stats from the games yesterday:
Clearly Huddersfield targeted Sánchez. Wouldn't be surprised if other teams try to do the same.
I'm just going to enjoy these for a while. Need some positives with Arsenal, too!
Pogba is a bit of a mistery. His strength is supposed to be his versatile skillset. On paper he is a complete midfielder in one. Yet he seems peculiarly restricted. He has been tested in a variety of roles both for United and France, both as a more deep lying player and as a more free, attacking midfielder in the middle of a 4-2-3-1. He should have the skillset to excell in both roles. Yet he looks oddly uncomfortable. His ideal position looks to be as the most attacking in a three man midfield. But it is very restrictive to force a team to play with a certain formation in order to get the most out of one player. Versatility and fluidity should be the benifit from having a 'complete' player as Pogba. Yet it strangely seems to work the other way around...
Would you? You clearly haven't studied FSG's modus op surprise Arsenal didn't get a defender, either. Aubameyang & Co need to score some goals to weight up for the goals Arsenal will concede the rest of the season.
Re. Ashley: Do you guys think Newcastle can be happy with their transfer window? Got Slimani last night, but still.
Will be interesting to see Sørloth at Crystal Palace! Reports tell that this might be the most expensive transfer of a Norwegian player to the PL. He'll get the nr. 9 shirt, according to Palace's Twitter account. Here's hoping he'll score some goals against Sp*rs later this month! :D
Also confirmed today, Alexander Søderlund returns to Rosenborg after a spell at St. Etienne. Having him and Lord Bendtner up front makes Rosenborg well prepared for the season ahead! [/quote]
Those are positives are they? Talk about thin gruel.
Stick them Twitter quotes in the trophy cabinet and sign Arsene up for another 5 years.

At this point you take whatever you can get!
Liverpool up 1-0 against Sp*rs, with Salah making the goal. My captain in Fantasy this week!
No need to panic Spurs. Remember with Karius in goal we effectively start the match 3 goals down so now we only need 2 more for a point.
It's like watching Arsenal go up with four goals yesterday, and still be nervous about a draw…
Not bad!
And gets the deserved yellow. Aaaaand it's 1-1. Lost two Fantasy points there!
