    I like it as a fan of Italian football. If Atalanta from the small town of Bergamo can come this close to eliminate Dortmund, you cannot say Seria A is all rubbish!

    Of course it’s not rubbish. Why would anyone say that? Juve was in two of the last three CL finals, the Roman teams are doing fine and Napoli have been becoming better and better over the years. It just happens to be a dreadful period for the Milan teams though.

    Well Spurs, the club struggling to hang onto a place in the top 4 inbthe premier league, did a job on Juve at home and should've beaten them really despite them not having conceded a goal in Serie A for about 500 games.

    True but the PL teams have underperformed for years before Man U snatched the EL last year and I’ve never considered a “rubbish league”.

    I wouldn’t use one poor Juve performance as a reference. You don’t play two CL finals in three years, eliminating Real and Barca on their way, if you’re rubbish.

    It has been a disappointing season for Milan. They splashed a lot of cash in the summer thanks to their Chinese owners, but qualifying for European competitions still seems unlikely at this point. Their performances have improved massively however since the appointment of new coach and former club legend, Gennaro Gattuso. So their form is on the rise.

    As always it all depends on which Arsenal team will turn up on the day. Arsenal will likely have to be close to their best to beat Milan. If they manage that however, I'd put them as small favorites.

    Correct analysis. Milan have had a terrible start but they are getting better. I think There is a 50-50 chance of progressing.

    50-50 isn't enough to see this Arsenal team through, looking at last night's performance. Last night should have been a 99-1 chance, but Östersund made things more interesting than it should have been.

    Just read that the FA has charged Guardiola for wearing a yellow ribbon as a gesture of support for imprisoned activists and politicians who campaigned for Catalan independence. :-O

    Classic FA for you. Aguero can set about a fan and no case to answer but a ribbon of support for some cause or other and they have to clamp down on it.
