What better way for Crystal Palace to reward the Premier League's Manager of the Year for 2013/14, by sacking him just two days before the start of the current season.

What's Young doing on the pitch? The guy has no clue of what he's doing. And he's in the starting XI no less. I never expected Van Gaal to do things like this.

Great start to the EPL 2014/15 for everyone except Manchester United.
Congrats to Swansea on a deserved win.

Bet you are a happy bunny Rogue agent
Can not be true, First time Norwich has scored at home since March?

How's Everton showing ahead of the Swans as all their stats are identical? Does an overhead kick by Rooney count more against you?

I'm totally ecstatic for the Swans. My allegiances are split 50 / 50 with them and NUFC (yes I know - the most Jekyll & Hyde team ever!).

I can see Arsene Whinger being the happiest man of the opening day of the Prem in the end mind

too right, and those 3 points count more than how they were won
so the 'pretty football' with all the possession and passing is all
well and good so long as there's an end product! A great start to
the campaign although Sunderland beat Man City in the opener
last season and see where each ended up! :P

Old table wasn't updated on my Sky football app! Everton are 7th.
The Swans are indeed at the top! Yay! Even Arse are drawing atm.

Lol! Would not surprise me buddy! I think we have scored, but i think that it is Norwich's first win since march! Considering our run last season that would be most likely. Obviously i am happy my team won, and that it was Neil Adams first win as manager, but? It was against 10 men and i know you only deal with what's in front of you? The guy really has to be the NEW Paul Lambert for Norwich which is a big ask? But would be happy to eat a huge slice of humble if he does!

On a seperate note i have to give full credit to both Newcastle and Manchester City for the tribute they paid to the victims of the Malaysian flight MH17 today. Credit also to their rivals Sunderland who have also been fundraising for the two Geordie fans who lost thier lives in that air disaster. Restore's the faith when you see 3 sets of rivals supporters pulling together like that! =D>

Final thing Largo? Well done on your outstanding first result!!!! :-bd
