    Spain deserves to win.
  • Yes, they've been the better team overall
  • Penalties!
  • Unai Simon pulls off a brilliant save!
  • Olmo scuffed it. 0-0 in this penalty shoot-out so far
  • Bad luck Spain, they deserved to win.
  • Lost 4-2 on pens

Congrats to Italy, though Spain were the better side.

I certainly won't rule out Denmark, England could lose this game I think Denmark will attack from the first whistle, England need to be ready.

There’s no way England will lose at Wembley stadium against Denmark.

Come on let’s be honest Denmark lost 2 games out of 3 in the first round. Then they made their way to the semifinals beating Galles and Czech Republic… not exactly A-list teams… they shouldn’t be a real treat plus there’s even the Wembley factor. England already won a semi final and it was against Germany.

Regarding tonight’s game: Spain played a better football but speaking about real scoring chances Italy had the same if not slightly more (Emerson even hit the hangbar).

Anyway I still believe England will make it. It’s their best chance since 1966 and coincidentally this tournament feels like played at home. In fact, it has been mostly played at Wembley and that’s a huge factor. After all, sooner or later it has to coming home.

The last two games England played Denmark we lost 1 - 0 at home and drew 0 - 0 away, both in the Nations League.

When it comes to football I never get ahead of myself, I have watched England for 40 years and I have been burnt plenty.

Denmark will be tough even more so as they are inspired by Eriksen.

You clearly haven't watched the two games Denmark lost in the group stages. The first came during incredible and traumatic circumstances. You don't think a team being forced to play after a team mate has a near death experience would not be affected by it? The second came against Belgium, the nr 1 rabked team inthe world ina game where Denmark were the superior team creating more chances.

England is the favorite team in this semifinal. That’s it. Sometimes crazy things happen in football (Greece in 2004) but England is the stronger team of the two and the game will be played at Wembley. They’re clearly the favorite.

I think the Eriksen incident has made them more determined so I would say they wouldn't have got this far had they not wanted to win it because of Eriksen. I still think England SHOULD beat them though.

Yeah and how about England with a perfect clean sheet in this Euro 2020? I would be in total shock if the 3 Lions miss the Final.

Anyway Wembley brings back hard memories for both Mancini and Southgate.

The first lost a Uefa Champions League final in Wembley in 1992.
The second missed that penalty in the 1996 semifinal, ending England's dream to bring football finally home.

The discussion was not concerning who is the favorite. The premise was "should you write off Denmark?". Only a fool would... put bluntly...

England need to do what they have been doing a professional job, incredible atmosphere at Wembley.

Some fans booing the Danish national anthem, no need.

No one wants to write off Denmark. As I said before semi finals are always tough games. My point is Denmark shouldn’t be a real treat for this England because they’re stronger, they’re the first team ever with clean sheets in the tournament and they play at Wembley that in a semi final is a key factor (5.000 Danish vs 55.000 English supporters). Yes, Denmark played very well against the only strong team they faced, but they lost. I don’t want to write off Denmark because they played a great Euro given also what happened to Eriksen, but England is on another level as a team.

    Inexcusable.

yes, what with booing the German National Anthem as well, it's very disrespectful and goes against English values I would say.

Unfortunately no matter the flag there’s always someone doing that.
