I just don't remember him drinking a mojito! I'll have one of those, too, please.
Great post, @Baltimore_007. My reason is fairly uncomplicated: I don't like the taste of it - period. ;-) As a kid, I already found the smell of beer repulsive - even repugnant. And since smelling is an integral aspect of tasting, I already told myself at that stage that alcohol would not be for me. Then, a few years later, I accidentally had a liquor infused bonbon. My senses reacted so vigorously to that sudden and most awful sensation, I spit it out until I had nothing left in my mouth but my teeth so to speak. ;-) Of course I simultaneously developed an everlasting idolizing of Bond. Can you imagine? Too young to bed women, not allowed to carry - let alone fire weapons, too young to drive cars, not willing to smoke and ALSO not willing to drink. I wasn't the travelling type then either and I disagreed with half of what Bond considers good food. I didn't play cards and I wasn't old enough to don a tux guess. Some Bond fan little me used to be. ;-)
DAD - Bond orders it near the beach where our memory of Honey Rider and her bikini is about to be shattered through blasphemy and later on, Jinx tells us she could learn to like it or something similar. ;-) I fetched my 86 year old grandmother a mojito recently and she liked it. :P
Had some proper Mojhito's in Cuba, and never had the likes again, so I would definately go for a Cuban Mojhito. Allthough Berlin as well as Copenhagen have some good cocktail bars.

Over to you!
Also: driving the car on just 2 wheels in DAF - just the kid in me (I was a tomboy), that scene made me want to be a stunt car driver.
And in TND, riding the motorcycle while tied to Pierce because, well, I'd love to be that close to him in a dangerous chase (as my mind wanders off now for a while ...) 8->
Ahem. Back to the list:
And climbing that rocky cliff in FYEO, because I enjoy climbing and trying to sneak up to get the bad guys would be difficult and suspenseful, a great challenge.
Was that it the French Riviera? I was just watching OHMSS and i got the idea it was in Portugal, I think...
You can do that one in Uncharted 3. ;)
That's the stunt i would pick, the sound effect midway through the stunt cheapens it unfortunately.
I don't mean pilot it myself but then again if there'd only be enough room for the one person, so be it. Anyway, do that and fly through the hangar with the heat seeking missile behind you and escape through the tightest of gaps and away into the sky again as it all blows up down below

( * ) or other moving vehicles... ;-)
Anyway, we're moving on soon, but a few more choices would be appreciated.
I'd also consider the tanker chase from LTK.
