The Saint was a wonderful TV series! At least in my opinion. Anyway, we are talking about films here, I think series would deserve a thread of its own, want to start it @ENRNST_CAT? By the way you have a really nice Avatar, your own artwork?

Maybe he meant the 'Saint' movie with Val Kilmer and Sir Rog's voice on the car radio......

Oh, that! I forgot :\"> Was this what you were talking about @ENRNST_CAT?

how have we gone this far with mentioning Sir Rog in SPICE WORLD

the parts begin @ 0:40 and runs through 3:18

i was forced to watch this movie a long time ago - and remember my Bond heart breaking watching Rog dance to the Spice Girls.... ugh...

but it makes you wonder who was the makeup artist on AVTAK - because this movie was made over 10 years later, and he looks younger than he did in his last Bond outing lol.

1997..... meaning Roger was around 70 at the time.

I had never seen Spice World, which was a miracle considering I was a 14 at the time! I guess I was more interested in Oasis, Blur, Garbage, etc at the time That didn't stop other girls from calling me Posh spice at school, still have no idea why. Sir Roger looked amazing? What was his role (couldn't get it from the video)???

We are talking weird not brilliant and classic tv shows.

    get with the program. O:-)
  • Timothy Dalton in The Beautician and the Beast. Wasn't the fault of Dalton, but two hours of Fran Drescher's laugh was punishment I never want to endure again.

@ TM85- Then You'll be glad to know that I am working on a voice removal box- first two scheduled to be zapped are Drescher and Rosie Perez!

Like nails on a blackboard those two

George Lazenby in the 1993 film "Gettysburg".. it was a made for TV film, but got a limited theatrical release

it isn't a bad movie.... on the contrary, it's quite excellent - though long, 4.5 hours..

but while watching the movie, I got quite a shock when I saw Lazenby pop up as Confederate Brigadier General Johnston Pettigrew

    "Fire, ice & dynamite".
another one of those weird 90's b-movies that Sir Rog starred in. I did quite like the "i'm bored so I jump out of an aeroplane" bit, but the rest...

I think that's Dalton's reward to surviving Sextette, he gets to have Nastassja Kinski as his leading leady. Who knows, it's possible. ;)

I haven't seen Sextette but it supposed to be awful, mainly due to an ancient Mae West still trying to be the 1930s Mae West.

I haven't actually seen many of the terrible films mentioned in this thread, so my choices would have to be The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen which was awful, and That Lucky Touch an unfunny Roger Moore comedy from 1976.
And Daniel Craig was in a naff Lara Croft film.

Fair to say out of 100s of films these 6 actors have done there are going to be a good couple of dozen stinkers.

How about Brenda Starr ? Not only was it weird, but was completely false from the get-go (a male comic strip artist drwing a character who was entirely drwn by female artists during her career ? Somthing tells me the writers didn't even know the history of the feisty reporter).

How about a little known stinker starring Sean Connery from 1983, I believe it's called Never Say Never Again or something like that, featuring a terrible performance from William Shatners old toupe.

I never know Lazenby was in this! I am going to rewatch this film just because of that. It would have been great at the beginning of the battle if he said, "It's Blofeld!"

I'd love to see his 'Universal Soldier'. Supposedly it's the movie immediately after OHMSS which he had a part in writing and wanted to make 'instead of' Diamonds Are Forever. Can't seem to find it anywhere though
This clip is the only thing I've seen of Universal Soldier, and it doesn't look too good. From what I've read GL wanted to make DAF and agreed the fee but it was his agent that turned it down, hence the reason why he made this low budget affair...
