I never do either I am too much of a poser :)) Very much depends on where I am cycling, off road and challenging will wear helmet etc.

I forgot to relate a story to ya: being big into martial arts & sci fi as well as Bond, when I saw a triple bill reissue of Bond in the theatre at 14 (GF,which I had previously seen on a triple bill with DN & FRWL and then TB & YOLT for the first time) it was YOLT that REALLY freaked me out! It had it ALL!!!
The only question is who will it be.
I heard Ohio and Minneapolis are beautiful places.... B-) B-)
