    Another hint: the character is in both NSNA and TB, though my clues so far apply to the TB character. How about a NSNA clue?

    'The staff have been informed.': Bond says 'I'll tell the chef' when he's getting fried in the heat room.

    'KABOOOOOOOMMM': probably the last thing he heard when Volpe got his car...

    'I was bombarded by Bond's bodily fluids.': in NSNA he was distracted by Bond's, er, bodily fluids.
