Incorrect but that was a very good guess. The clues do seem to fit him. I need to get some sleep so this will be the last clue for now. Guess away and I'll be back later.

    1) Things didn't go as planned but it wasn't necessarily my fault.

    2) I caught someone off guard and then someone caught me off guard.

    3) I am not shy about expressing my personal opinion towards a certain individual.

    4) I did what I was told to do. In hindsight, perhaps I shouldn't have.

    5) What goes up must come down. I didn't particularly enjoy either part of it.

    6) I can't believe that this is happening to me! This phrase could actually be used twice for me in two separate situations.

    Kara Milovy?

She unwisely drugs Bond because she's told to, she's somewhat out of her depth and she has an uncomfortable takeoff and landing in a plane. Oh and she gives Bond an earful at one point.

Another good guess. @Tokoloshe's logic is sound but it is another incorrect response, I'm afraid.

    1) Things didn't go as planned but it wasn't necessarily my fault.

    2) I caught someone off guard and then someone caught me off guard.

    3) I am not shy about expressing my personal opinion towards a certain individual.

    6) I can't believe that this is happening to me! This phrase could actually be used twice for me in two separate situations.

    7) James Bond made the mistake but I was the one who paid the price for it.

That last clue really should make it easier, but I'm drawing a complete blank so far. Grr!

    Plenty O'Toole?

I can't make much of it fit, except that she when she dies it leaves Bond and Case alive at the house, she has an unfortunate drop from a window... that's about it, really.

It is not Plenty but that was some good reasoning there.

    9) 15 -3 -83

Final guess for now is Strawberry Fields.

Not sure how Bond's mistake leads to her death but she is one of three who arrive back at the hotel and unlike Bond and Camille she doesn't leave. She is following orders and catches Elvis off guard on the steps.

Ahhhhhh the significance of the numbers being phrased that way just occurred to me. It's not a date, it's a safe combination.

I think it's Mr Osato's safe, since it has a spinning dial. His plans to have Bond killed fail due to other people's incompetence. When he dies, Bond and Blofeld then leave. The other clues loosely fit, or at least some of them do. Any good?

    ^ Nice one @Tokoloshe.

I will therefore take a guess at Helga Brandt.

    No correct guesses yet.
@WillyGalore, I'm afraid that Helga Brandt has already been guessed by @Baltimore_007. Did Mr. Burns put Homer in charge of the Guess The Character Department? :)

@Tokoloshe, very clever but also incorrect. We are looking for a person but I will say that the numbers in the last clue might refer to an object of some kind.

I was actually guessing Mr Osato, not his safe!

Thought I might have 'cracked it' (boom boom) after a Google image search for 'James Bond safe cracking' showed a YOLT screenshot of Connery unlocking that safe with the dial showing 83. Oh well. Totally stumped now - grr!

Not Kerim but the recent FRWL guesses have inspired me to add a new clue. This should help move things along.

    1) Things didn't go as planned but it wasn't necessarily my fault.

    2) I caught someone off guard and then someone caught me off guard.

    3) I am not shy about expressing my personal opinion towards a certain individual.

    11) An associate of mine had previously been in some Bond films, including FRWL.
