Interesting clue. My conclusion from this is that the character's 'associate' appears in at least three films in total, since they are associated with the character here and have appear in films (plural) before then. If one of those films was FRWL then the only likely associate would appear to be Blofeld and the film must be TB, YOLT, OHMSS or DAF for there to have been two previous Blofeld appearances. And yet I still can't work out who it is. Aargh!

Not Morzeny although he might possibly have something to do with clue number eleven... :-\"

Looked through all clues presented and spent some considerable time in trying to piece things together but impossible to arrive at a definitive answer

Most likely not, but thought once or twice Corinne Dufour may fit. #11 could be a red herring. We've seen it played before

Not Corrine but I can see how you arrived at that guess.

    1) Things didn't go as planned but it wasn't necessarily my fault.

    2) I caught someone off guard and then someone caught me off guard.

    3) I am not shy about expressing my personal opinion towards a certain individual.

    4) I did what I was told to do. In hindsight, perhaps I shouldn't have.

    5) What goes up must come down. I didn't particularly enjoy either part of it.

    6) I can't believe that this is happening to me! This phrase could actually be used twice for me in two separate situations.

    7) James Bond made the mistake but I was the one who paid the price for it.

    8) Three people arrived at the destination but only two left.

    9) 15 -3 -83

    10) Things might have turned out differently if I had kept my mouth shut.

    11) An associate of mine had previously been in some Bond films, including FRWL.

    12) The first time I fell I only injured my pride. I wasn't so lucky the second time.

Can you confirm or deny this is a character from the official series ? I.E. not someone from NSNA or Casino Royale '67.

Try one more shot at Colonel Moon

Yes, this is a character from the official series. This character has a name and lines of dialogue. It is not some random person in the background.

Also, Colonel Moon has been added to the incorrect list.

Lisl (Countess) in FYEO (but unsure of some of the clues, especially #9 and #11)

Ha, I usually feel the same way about this game. It's always a strange feeling to be on the other side of it. Keep at it everyone. Eventually the light bulb in your brain will switch on and you'll get it.

Not Grischka or Mischka for that matter but the recent guesses are heading in the right direction. I feel that it's only a matter of time now. Hopefully, with clue number 13 (my favorite number) we can find a resolution.

    1) Things didn't go as planned but it wasn't necessarily my fault.

    2) I caught someone off guard and then someone caught me off guard.

    3) I am not shy about expressing my personal opinion towards a certain individual.

    11) An associate of mine had previously been in some Bond films, including FRWL.

    12) The first time I fell I only injured my pride. I wasn't so lucky the second time.

    13) Chop Suey

Presuming that the associate in #11 is Gogol (also seen as Morzeny in FRWL) as you appeared to confirm earlier... I've now looked through character lists for all the films with appearances by Gogol and I just can't see anyone who fits the clues. Totally stumped.

One or two of the clues add up to Gobinda from Octopussy. It was worth an attempt

I did exactly the same thing, and arrived at the same conclusion... #-o I think I will just have to resign on this one, and pray that someone else gets it.

Still believe #11 to be a red herring, I've played them before myself

Hopefully @Pacahzo can get back to this soon for an update and will check on progress at a later time. Eager to see who this really is in actual fact. It's been another fine round

Yes, if it was not clear earlier then let me now confirm that the person in question from clue number 11 is indeed General Gogol. That helps to narrow down the list of films considerably.

Also, Gobinda has been added to the list of incorrect responses.
