It's not Jack Wade, OddJob or Willard Whyte.

    CLUES:

    1. I was there from the very beginning.

    2. I share a similar trait with another character from another Bond film.

    3. I also share a connection to John Rambo.

    4. I had a great escape but an associate of mine was not so lucky.

    5. "Speak up darling, I can't hear you".

    6. I may be seeing pink elephants.

    7. I looked on in disbelief and in the end it was a crushing disappointment.

    8. It always seems to be wash day...

    9. Does this mean I'm a speed demon?

    10. My partner suffered the same fate.

    11. I didn't quite like what I just saw.

    12. Going down!

    J W Pepper?

He buys an elephant for his wife, can't believe he's seeing Bond again and then gets chucked into the water.

Caroline, Bond's examiner (in the sports car, with champagne) in GE? :) Well, only some of the clue's fit.

This one's pretty tough. I also keep thinking of a character, noticing a few of the clues match, and then scanning to the list of incorrect answers, just to see that that character isn't right.

I'm running out of decent clues so it will be getting easier very soon. :-)

    Braun from LTK.

He's in the PTS at the beginning. Speed demon because he drives the truck through the fire (burning rubber). He views the unpleasant deaths of Lupe's lover and Krest and also stares at Bond driving the tanker on its side before it crushes their Jeep. Plummets to his death along with his co-henchman Perez.

    Any good?

    Perez?

Yes well done. Perez from LTK is the correct answer. I was about to say you came so close with Braun. The speed demon clue (burning rubber) was spot on.

    1. I was there from the very beginning.

He appears in the opening couple of minutes of the PTS.

    2. I share a similar trait with another character from another Bond film

He garrotts an unsuspecting victim from behind, just like Grant in From Russia With Love.

    3. I also share a connection to John Rambo.

First Blood. Perez makes the first kill of the movie.

    4. I had a great escape but an associate of mine was not so lucky.

Bond shoots the jeep, which crashes but Perez escapes. Sanchez is reeled in soon after.

    5. "Speak up darling, I can't hear you".

He whispers something into Sanchez' ear.

    6. I may be seeing pink elephants.

He seems to have been affected by large quantites of cocaine once Bond sets fire to the lab.

    7. I looked on in disbelief and in the end it was a crushing disappointment.

He can't believe he's missed Bond's tanker with the stinger missile before it crushes his jeep.

    8. It always seems to be wash day...

First he has to 'launder' Sanchez' money and then later on, "Bond's clothes. They're clean".

    9. Does this mean I'm a speed demon?

    Burning rubber!

    10. My partner suffered the same fate.

Both he and Braun are killed together.

    11. I didn't quite like what I just saw.

He winces when Krest's head explodes.

    12. Going down!

    He plummets to his death

    13. I was summoned to an urgent rendezvous.

He's told to meet Sanchez at Paso del Diablo.

Hope that was a good round for you all. Your turn again @Tokoloshe.

Oh cool. I actually reasoned afterwards that the 'wash day' clue was referring the crop dusting incident! Great clues, anyway.

I've been lining the next one up for some time. Off we go...

    1. Three dots and a dash.
