He watches Bond a couple of times but most notably during the famous laser scene.

When shoots him with the tranquilizer and when he handcuffs him to the bomb.

He's a jack of all trades to Goldfinger. He also informs him that they are being watched by the C.I.A.

He looks at the Auric Spectrometer to determine that the gas has left and the air is safe to breathe. I probably could have worded this better @Tokoloshe.

He blows a whistle at Fort Knox

There is a brief conversation to determine whether they can afford to take the chance of killing Bond.

He says this to Oddjob when he's trying to escape the vault.

The 1934 Cardinals were known as The Gashouse Gang. I gassed a gang of mobsters at Goldfinger's house after Mr. Solo (scrambled from Oslo) left.

The Leader of the Pack. He lead the pack of vehicles heading to Fort Knox.
10) I was almost certain that I would watch Bond die. Unfortunately for me it happened the other way around.
During the laser scene Bond was "expected to die" but Kisch is killed by Oddjob in Fort Knox with Bond watching.
