Why, the clues seem to fit, @Thunderfinger ... especially the "interruption" clue. ;)

    Here's another clue:

1.) You've seen me before, but it's not what you think.
2.) In a way, I'm a lot like James Bond.
3.) Who knew something so common would cause troubles for me?
4.) I don't care for interruptions, especially at a time like this...
5.) ...but you needn't worry, I'll take care of it myself.
    6.) Just because I lost doesn't mean you've won.
    7.) Is it November?

Wild stab in the dark: Q - although clue 6 makes me think of a completely different character played by John Cleese.

    It isn't Q, either.
  • Strawberry Fields?
  • Kronsteen?

    It's not him.

I'll add another clue by the end of the day, and the Incorrect List at the top of the page is constantly getting edited, so it'll be up-to-date.

EDIT: I know the clues suck, but I'm proud that I've managed to make it last this long. I've hosted this once or twice before and it was over in a matter of hours. Here's Clue #9:

1.) You've seen me before, but it's not what you think.
2.) In a way, I'm a lot like James Bond.
3.) Who knew something so common would cause troubles for me?
4.) I don't care for interruptions, especially at a time like this...
5.) ...but you needn't worry, I'll take care of it myself.
    6.) Just because I lost doesn't mean you've won.
    7.) Is it November?
8.) I went from a big problem to zero concern in a matter of minutes.
9.) You think you're so good because you defeated me without even lifting a finger.

All a bit vague at the moment apart from the November clue, which I can't make sense of (yet). I think we need something that points us towards a specific scene or film otherwise this could run for a while.

I'd be taking a guess but I am totally stumped, Creasy.

Hey, let it run for a while. I never get to run this game so I'm proud that at least my vagueness has kept it running. However, vagueness can cover a long stretch of characters, so I'll start being more blunt and specific.

10.) Switch our sexes, and our first (and only) "encounter" was a near-mirror image.

Oh, I think you are right, jaydubya76. :)

I think #8 fits when the car is about to hit the water and Anya looks scared and shocked; and then moments later, she is calm because, as she informs Bond, she has already seen the plans for this underwater vehicle.

Really! I thought all the clues pretty much fit. Hmmm.

Ok: Xenia Onnatop? (however her name is spelled ...)

It's neither Xenia nor Scaramanga, the latter having already been guessed.
