Explanations:
1. Not everything in my appearance makes sense! Have a pint and think about it, to be sure, to be sure.
"Not everything in black and white makes sense", as makers of a well known Irish pint famously said.
2. I look like I belong in a Batman film, but I'd have chosen a different U2 song for the theme tune.
His appearance is similar to Two Face from the Batman series, in particular Batman Forever which had "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me" as the theme tune. The Baron however would probably choose "Beauuuuutiful Day", sung in your creepiest possible freaky voodoo manner.
3. Brand new Bond era aims for immortality?
Arranging "Bond era aims" in a brand new manner leads to this immortal character.
As an aside, I would have loved to make the anagram "Bad man, Rosie" since he's a bad man whose voodoo dolls lead to Rosie's death, but felt it would be too obvious.
The ball is in pachazo's court once more!

He seems rather fond of boys and girls, wanted to destroy the DB5 and didn't know Bond had lit the fuse inside the house. Not sure about the rest though.
