It's not Renard and it wasn't a stupid guess. Sometimes you have to take a shot in the dark.

    2) At first, I confirmed our suspicions.
    3) Then I let the cat out of the bag.

    It's not either of them.

    1) This could have been the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
    2) At first, I confirmed our suspicions.
    3) Then I let the cat out of the bag.
    4) In the end, it was all about the words left unspoken.
    5) There was a casual reference made towards me the next time this situation came about.

    Incorrect
    Bolfeld (any version)
    Tiffany Case
    Dryden
    Felicca (TSWLM)
    Gemma (QoS)

    Carter?
    That's correct!

    1) This could have been the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
If this had worked out perhaps he and Bond could have partnered up again.

    2) At first, I confirmed our suspicions.
He indetifys the target, telling Bond that it "Looks like our man, bun scars on his face".

    3) Then I let the cat out of the bag.
Mollaka recognizes that he is an agent.

    4) In the end, it was all about the words left unspoken.
The text message, Ellipsis. Which is also literally words that have been removed from speech or writing.

    5) There was a casual reference made towards me the next time this situation came about.
Bond tells Moneypenny not to touch her ear in Skyfall.

    Congrats @Thunderfinger!

Rosa Klebb seems to fit all of these. "Russian Bread" and "Russian Circus" are common enough terms, WHIP IT (her crop), brass knuckles, she is an executor both in an administrative and physical sense.

BRAVO! That went faster than I thought.
(Klebb is Russian for bread.Lotte Lenya also started out as an acrobat and line dancer.)

Well done. Over to you, Birdy.

Just looked at your last four characters and can't think of any possible connection - baffling!

Looking forward to seeing how this pans out!

I always come back to check on this thread but don't guess because I just feel hopeless with my limited knowledge of the most obscure characters that seem to make up this thread :))
Just for the sake of it I'll throw out a guess: is it the girl in Piz Gloria eating potatoes? She's one of many, the potatoes in front of her could be an Irish in-joke, her medical issue of potato allergy would be in the past after visiting the clinic, and that's really all I've got for this one :))
EDIT: Also wasn't she the girl that shows up in Bond's room ergo surprising him by finding her where she doesn't belong? Key scene = deja vu because he repeats everything with her that he did with the first (short curly haired) girl?
I've obviously nailed this one. ;)
