@Birdleson, you were on the right track with M.
1) Just one look, that's all it took.
Elektra and Gabor exchange a knowing glance just before they turn on M.
2) What's in a name?
How about a family motto? Gabor was present when Bond said the name of the film.
3) Boris would approve of my pick up ability.
He picks up the chair/stool that M had knocked over.
4) What do sisters share?
How about a last name? Remember the famous Gabor sisters? Magda, Zsa Zsa and Eva.
5) I have the reflexes of Captain America.
Elektra flips Captain Nikolai's hat to him and he quickly snatches it. Also, he appears to be physically fit.
6) Mr. Wint and Mr. Kidd would not take kindly to my beginnings.
He first appears in a helicopter. Wint and Kidd blew up the chopper in DAF. If God had wanted man to fly...
Also, the word beginnings was a nod to ancestry/family motto/TWINE

Elektra hears a noise and goes to investigate. We see Bond standing over Gabor, who is knocked out cold.

He advised Elektra to stay put but she defiantly entered the casino with Gabor.

This was mainly referring to M being locked up. Gabor does a lot of standing around and waiting as well though.

He was laying down on the job after Bond knocked him out!

Baku, anyone? This was also the name of a planet and a race from Star Trek Insurrection a year earlier. Although it was spelled Ba'ku.

Gabor dies at the Maiden's Tower.

After the briefcase bomb, Bond and Dr. Jones run right into Gabor and the other goons.

We see him with skis on his shoulder even though he doesn't participate in any skiing activities the following scene.

Being dead will do that to you. Bond and Dr. Jones watch fireworks at the end of the film.

Elektra pleased the locals but pissed off the workers when she agreed to change the pipeline route.

Gabor is intently watching the screen when Bond and Dr. Jones are in the pipeline.

Hostile takeovers, of course.

Gabor puts the gun and hat on the table, which Elektra uses to kill Zukovsky.

At the casino, Elektra explains that she gave Davidov the night off. So it's only her and Gabor. It could also explain Gabor's feelings when Bond is around them.

Bullion, played by Goldie, and Gabor both die at the Maiden's Tower.

He walked right into Bond's gunfire when he entered the room. I always felt it was a disappointing ending for him.

After M is captured, we can see Gabor's hand on her shoulder.

M uses the clock to activate her homing signal.
I still had more clues to share, believe it or not! They were a little on the easy side so I was waiting until we got into the 40's. It wasn't meant to be. Oh well.
