Ahh yes now I see it.

Haha, it's certainly a tough one we've been given.
1) Diamonds are for everyone, thanks to me.
Everyone has heard Neil Diamond's hit song "Sweet Caroline."
2) One Bond's loss is another Bond's gain.
Originally in the script, Bond was to be evaluated because of the events from LTK. After Dalton retired, Brosnan was able to reap the benefits.
3) It's not an adult that I'm looking for...
According to M, it was Bond's boyish charms that appealed to Caroline.
4) Size matters not. Or so i say.
Caroline criticizes Bond for showing off the size of his ego.
5) I'm guessing I won't have to foot the bill.
This was mostly a reference to Serena Gordon appearing in "The Bill." It could also refer to the champagne and any possible damages from the car chase.
6) I really set myself up for what happened next.
"I enjoy a spirited ride as much as the next girl."
"Who's that?"
"The next girl!"

Pots is Stop spelled backwards. "Stop this car at once!"

Sigmund Freud, analyze this. Caroline was sent to evaluate Bond psychologically.

In Goldfinger, 007 remembers to discipline himself and not chase after the girl.

Caroline is extremely nervous and can't decide whether to keep her eyes open or closed.
Bond mentions "a drive in the country" just like in the FYEO car chase. Also, the cyclists falling down have always reminded me of the skiers falling down in FYEO.

Caroline joined an elite club when she became a new Bond actor's first Bond Girl/sexual conquest.

Caroline orders Bond to stop the car and end the race with Xenia.

A "very thorough" evaluation.

Again, with the "drive in the country" reference. Also, Caroline says that she enjoys "a spirited ride". In AVTAK, Moore calls his horse "a little spirited."

Caroline asks Bond if it is really necessary to drive so fast.

M should have known better to send an attractive young woman to evaluate Bond. In DAD, Miranda tells Bond that M warned her about what would happen.

The GoldenEye score is often criticized by Bond fans. The track "Ladies First" seems to be the biggest offender. Also, depending on your point of view, Caroline might be your least favorite Brosnan era female.

"Let’s try and put that behind us, shall we?" Bond's response about Caroline being sent to evaluate him, just like water under the bridge.

Thank you for putting me out of my misery @Last_Rat_Standing. I ran out of clues ages ago! Somehow, I kept pulling them out from... somewhere. All kidding aside, it wasn't easy to come up with this many clues without making it too obvious. I was sure that these last two would give it away.
