    I'm going to give this round to @Birdleson because he's 90% of the way there with "the first imbedded agent that is revealed on Youtube in SF that is glimpsed briefly", to the extent that if I say he's wrong then it will deter others from getting it fully right.

    Captain Naz Husein is the second MI6 agent shown in the YouTube video. He is later shown being assassinated in the Middle East in the BBC News report from Huw Edwards, watched by M, Mallory and Tanner and where we learn he is third agent to be killed.

    Clues...

    1. What happens to me in private doesn't stay private.

    Footage of his execution continues to circulate online.

    2. It doesn't look like anyone remembers my name.

    He's not listed on the memorial wall at MI6 in SP.

    3. I'm frozen in time.

    The footage freezes before he is actually killed.

    4. There's something shockingly real about my 15 seconds of fame.

    It's a realistic BBC News report on his unfortunate and (now) public demise.

    Thank you. I was out of town for a few days and didn't have much time to post but I was thinking long and hard about this. You really challenged us with those clues. Fantastic job. I knew that Craig and Whishaw had appeared in several films together pre-Bond, so I was thinking this might be someone recent. I finally stumbled upon this scene in my mind and my aha moment came when I remembered that we never saw the guy's face. Everything else fell into place after that. Again, great job. Let me get settled in and I'll have something up soon.
