We first see her at the Venice Glass Shop/Museum. Then, she lures Bond into Drax's Base. Finally, she is seen aboard the space shuttle and Space Station.
1) Right from the start, there was something odd about me.
We see her give Bond an evil stare after their first encounter.
2) I certainly get around.

3) We were promised a good show but ended up being disappointed.
All the girls are anxious to see the python kill Bond. We can see the disappointment on their faces when he survives.
4) At one point, I am dressed differently from the rest of my companions.
When she lures Bond to the trap, she is wearing a long, white robe.

She gives Bond "carte blanche" at the Glass Shop. "Please, go anywhere you wish."
6) I completely bought into what the main villain was selling.
As one of Drax's girls, she will inherit the Earth.
7) In a sense, Bond is like my dance partner.
Lead and follow in dance. First, she leads Bond to Drax's base. Then, Bond co-pilots her to the Space Station.

She is seen being transported to the shuttle and then flown into space. She is walking by herself when she lures Bond into the trap, however.

She is presumed dead when the Station explodes.

She is writing something down, at the desk, when we first meet her.
20) Our final destination was a trendy place to visit.
EON cashed in on the Star Wars craze of the time, as did many others.
21) The colors of my clothes are symbolic of my spiritual journey.
When we first see her, she is wearing black. This can be interpreted as a time of mourning before the great purge. Then, she is wearing white, which can be seen as a rebirth. The yellow or gold trim is a sign of royalty. Drax tells them that they will be like gods.
22) I had a front row seat.
In the passenger section of the shuttle, as seen by Bond on the screen.
23) Did you hear me singing Happy Birthday?
24) Bond definitely didn't expect to find me here, of all places.
At the waterfall.
25) Ring out the old, ring in the new.
As a transition to the next scene, we hear and then see the bells ringing in Venice, right before Bond walks into the Glass Shop and meets the Blonde Beauty. Also, this describes Drax's plan for Earth.

Her friend was the Museum Guide in Venice. They are also paired together later in the film. You had the right idea @Tokoloshe.

Bond doesn't cross the bridge, but the platform he does step on throws him into the water anyway.
