Our mystery EON character has several lines of dialogue.

Al Matthews typically played a military man in most of his roles, including parts in such blockbusters as Aliens and The Fifth Element.

Al Matthews served as a U.S. Marine in Vietnam.

When the Sergeant warns Bond about the possibility of asphyxiation, Wade comments that it reminds him of his first marriage. We know from GE that Wade has been married at least three times. Yikes!

Bond has U.S. markings on his wet suit, parachute and fins.
7) Let me tell you all about the highs and lows.
He explains to Bond (and the audience) about the High Altitude Low Opening jump.
8) No good about goodbye.
Wade laments that Bond didn't say goodbye.
9) Don't get tangled.
He advises Bond that some people got tangled up in their chutes and then drowned.
Well done, as always. I thought this one might get solved quickly. The clues were obviously too easy for a player of your high caliber. The floor is yours.
That sounds right.
