You're on the right track, but not the correct answer.

    Hilary Bray?

Fleming thought Baker would be a great candidate for Bond, I think his first choice. Also Bray "is not a sporting man", even at his best.

    Nope.

1.I'm not really that much into sportsmanship.

2.There's definitely something Flemingian about me

Kamal Khan? He cheats at backgammon, hunts Bond through the jungle and Louis Jourdan was in the French Resistance during WWII.

    Good guess. But no.

1.I'm not really that much into sportsmanship.

2.There's definitely something Flemingian about me

3.I had a small part in this movie

Flemings alleged cameo appearance in FRWL:
Old man with walking stick and blue cap standing next to the passing train, facing away from it?

Well, it's not exactly Fleming and wrong movie, but it's getting warmer.

    Michael Wilson and his cameos?

Keyword is Goldeneye. Not the James Bond movie (or game) though. But you have to think something else that is associated with the word Goldeneye and then think of an actor who played a certain role, because of his looks, and who also played a minor character in another movie, that was also inspired by the works of Ian Fleming.

Oh, and the character played, and you're trying to guess is from a James Bond film :p
I guess I made it too complicated..

    Charles Dance?

And the character? :p (try imdb)

But you're right. It's Charles Dance's character Claus from FYEO.

1.I'm not really that much into sportsmanship.
He attacked Bond on the take-off ramp. Not a good sport that chap.

2.There's definitely something Flemingian about me
The actor, Dance, also portrayed Ian Fleming in the tv movie Goldeneye and does look a bit like Ian Fleming himself. Good casting.

3.I had a small part in this movie
He was only in few scenes and uttered just few words.

    Over to you Samuel :)

Thank You. Though truth be told I had no idea the name of the character he played.

OK. Hopefully you can wrap your heads around Clue 1:

This character hopes that Bond wouldn't, even though, he would.

No one has it yet. A few more guess will allow me to think of another clue.
  • It could well be Elektra King

    No.

Clue 2: This character, according to them, is completely useless.

Bingo! Well done @JWESTBROOK, you can take it away, though I was hoping that would last a while longer. ;)

    Nope.

Hint 1: I share many characteristics, both in appearance and attitude, with the late Muammar Gaddafi.

Hint 2: Bond seemed to fall from the heavens when he killed me, but delivered his message first.
