I actually started with clue #9 which told me that it wasn't a character in DN or FRWL and probably not GF. So I thought about characters in TB that get beaten up like Bond in FRWL for example. As you might know, I find TB's finale unexpectedly funny, and therefore memorable... I then read #16 and recalled Largo crossing the road with a large coat, so after that it all fell into place.
Now I need some time to think of an unused character...
EDIT: Just realized I misunderstood what "ribbing" meant. :p
Clues:
1. That's putting it mildly!
2. Two at a time.
3. I'm in good spirits, despite the weather.

6. Kills me and steals job!? No wonder I hate them!
7. I'm known by my profession; which includes driving a vehicle.
Incorrect guesses:
Anya Amasova
Beach Hut barman (SF)
Claus (FYEO)
Lucia Sciarra
Sévérine
Sharon (FYEO)
Sheikh Hosein
Smithers
Steven Obanno
Ugandan Kid (CR 2006)
Vijay
Zukovsky
Btw, could I simply update the "incorrect guesses" instead of continually saying "no"?
Not sure what you mean. "..steals job" is used for ambiguity and colloquially it makes perfect sense. Might be unnatural to read though. Maybe: "Kills me. Steals job." is better.
Yes! Well done @Birdleson.
I'll write up the answers in the next hour so you can start.
1. That's putting it mildly!
Necros tells the guard at the gate that the usual milkman has the flu. In reality it's much worse than that.
2. Two at a time.
The milkman places the empty milk bottles into his tray, two at a time.
3. I'm in good spirits, despite the weather.
He's casually whistling which insinuates that he's in a good mood. The weather is dreary. This particular clue acts as a red herring, because I knew that you'd think I meant it was raining.
4. The usual.
Blayden House guard: "Where's the usual milkman? [..] Where's the usual man?"
5. Music makes me nervous.
When the milkman arrives back at his vehicle, he hears the walkman playing and stops for a second. The clue's wording is intentional (OHMSS connection).
6. Kills me and steals job!? No wonder I hate them!
"Bloody Yanks!" Necros later kills him and then pretends to be a milkman, so he 'steals' his job and thus his false prejudice was justified. (I actually wanted to incorporate the quote, but it would've been far too simple for you guys.)
7. I'm known by my profession; which includes driving a vehicle.
We don't hear his name so we call him "the milkman", just as they do in the film. I wouldn't classify it as a proper car or van so I just said vehicle.
I'm the same with anything non-Eon and tend to limit my level of effort with Birdleson's rounds for that reason.
Nonetheless I'll give this some thought...
