I'd been pondering for some time whether it was possible to play James Bond, and finally decided to use his 'character' of Robert Sterling. It is, of course, the name Bond uses to pose as a marine biologist to meet Stromberg and the name which appears on Bond's business card in QOS some 31 years later.
1. I'm not really me, and we all know that.
Stromberg, Jaws, Bond and Anya are all well aware of who each other really are.
2. Next time I appear, I still won't be me.
The alias is used again in QOS.
3. I do an excellent job of hiding my horror.
Bond spots the secretary's hand in the fish tank but hides his reaction well.
4. It's nymphalis polychloris all over again.
Old fishface tries to catch "Robert Sterling" out by asking him to identify a pterois volitans, but smartypants Bond passes the test.
The floor is yours again, Mr B.
1. My colleague's welfare is important to me.
2. I don't want to be there for the game.
1. My colleague's welfare is important to me.
2. I don't want to be there for the game.
3. I make a gesture of respect.
4. I am well and truly dead. If one thing didn't kill me immediately, the second certainly did and the third was probably overkill.
Incorrect:
Dryden
Felix Leiter
John Strangways
