Not Kerim's Mistress.
Western pop culture knowledge will be helpful.

How could an Ostrich figure into this?
A Crow departs this place. What does that mean to you?
I’m not shown to be religious, but one EON character would surely bless me.
You could find my namesake at an assassin’s reunion, right?
Associate me with comparative darkness. Well, you already did.
Humor me as best you can and I'll confirm your "kill".
It's the Acorn on the right, but which actress it is isn't even clear. I've seen autograph cards signed by Pam Gill on the left and Jennifer Castle on the right. But they're not credited on screen or even in sources like IMDb. I will say Valerie Perrine is a dead ringer for Left Acorn, even further confusing things.

I'll put together the standard explanation of clues. Here are some leftovers.
How could an Ostrich figure into this?
The feathers, @Birdleson is correct.
I’m not shown to be religious, but one EON character would surely bless me.
Professor Joe Butcher (aka Las Vegas icon Wayne Newton), correct by @Creasy47.
Still open to the board for comment:
A Crow departs this place. What does that mean to you?
[Pop culture reference, with a Bond movie link. Notice the word is capitalized.]
You could find my namesake at an assassin’s reunion, right? [Non-Bond movie reference.]
But it's still in question when Bond events have two other actresses signing autographs as the Acorns in the film still. Meaning either Valerie Perrine was a showgirl but not in that scene--or the signers were showgirls other than Acorns using that still to make their mark. I don't think every showgirl in the casino was an Acorn.
So I did focus on Acorn right based on that scenario. I think your point is I misstated the IMDb cast clue as focused on the left, that diverges from the chosen Acorn Right as the solution. Apologies for that error.
Shady Tree’s Acorn (to the right, to the right!)
1. You don't know my name but you know what to call me.
Don’t know her real name, just the Shady Tree’s Acorn label shared with another.
2. Someone else can do the talking.
Shady does all the talking.
3. I'm good at my job but it's not very demanding.
Eye candy, not much more.
4. If I disappear, others are standing by to take my place.
Very competitive field, many waiting in the wings for their opportunity.
5. I'm tall but I'm not as tall as I appear.
Showgirls are chosen for their height, plus the high heels and tall plumage of their headdress adds to the appearance.
6. It's a cutthroat business though you don't see me with a weapon.
SHOWGIRLS (1995) descriptions:
- “Good view of the cutthroat yet tight bonds of the show business”
- “takes a cynically cutthroat look at what makes success and who breaks it, in a bright lights industry greased by sex and violence”
- “the terrible 1995 ‘art’ film about a Las Vegas stripper named Nomi Malone (Elizabeth Berkley) who aspires to break into the cutthroat business of being a topless showgirl”.
7. When business is done I'm first to move off screen right.
She does—I also tried to approximate “exits stage left”.
8. You probably don't know the actress who played my character, but she frequents Bond events and signs autographs.
- Jennifer Castle, see #10.
9. I have a sort of doppelgänger.
The opposite Acorn dresses the same, Showgirl-style.
10. My IMDb cast entry could be called incorrect.
- IMDb: Valerie Perrine ... Shady Tree's Acorn (uncredited).
[A showgirl, sure, but maybe not one of the two Acorns. She's a dead ringer for Acorn on the left, but I've seen Jennifer Castle claim that role at times.]
- Also: Cassandra Peterson (aka Elvira Mistress of the Dark) is sometimes referenced as an Acorn.
[Cannot confirm, but I love the concept.]
- So credit on the autograph card below goes to: Pat Gill (left) and Jennifer Castle (right).

11. My boss's manner suggests he has no sense of humor.
Comedian Shady Tree’s delivery is grouchy and without a sliver of happiness or positive emotion.
12. I reveal something, but I can reveal more.
She shows some skin, but there are publicity stills of Connery with topless showgirls backstage.

He wears way too much gear.
