Does prostitution come under the umbrella of "service industry" in your view...?
    It does, @Birdleson, it does.

Not Sheikh Hosein. Not Q's Assistant in Blue.

One clue added. Also more detail above for clues 1 & 9, underlined.

It is the Korean Scorpion Guard (or Scorpion Girl) from Die Another Day.

Of course that's it, @pachazo. 수고했어요 ! You've done well!

I'm ready with the clues. There was plenty of misdirection, good on you for cutting through all that.

    Korean Scorpion Guard

    Clue Answers:

    1. I seem happy to meet Bond. It's more body language than facial expression.
    2. I only appear at this location.
    3. I have help.
Several other male guards execute the torture.
    4. I answer to a higher authority.
The Korean general is shown in her final moments on screen.
    5. Something in this scene connects to a character later in the film, different location.
Madonna’s main title theme—Madonna herself appears later as Verity, in London.

    6. Surely Bond thinks my resources could be put to better use.
Ice. Key to making a proper martini.
    7. I am not a Double-Oh.
    8. I do not work in the Service industry.
To address the hotel staff, waiter and janitor possibilities. Plus prostitutes.
    9. I'm not in the book. And it's not a Fleming book.
The Die Another Day 2002 novelization by Raymond Benson doesn’t include this character.
    10. Bond and me see eye to eye (even if our bosses don't).
Early in the titles, Bond’s head is dunked in ice water. Then it is pulled up level to her stare.

    11. Some of this is eyes only, as they say in the business.
Toward the end of the titles, she looks through the prison door slot.

    12. There's a traditional phrase that commonly describes this place--but it's certainly not supported here.
Korea is known as “The Land of the Morning Calm”. Not so for the hovercraft chase and this torture.
    13. Watch your step.
Early in the titles, the boots walk among a bunch of scorpions on the floor. Later, icy feet do the same.
A mishap could put the “no animals were harmed during the filming” disclaimer in question.

    14. I'm called something I'm not.
General Moon: I don't condone what they do here.
Prisoner Bond: Tell it to the concierge.
    15. Maybe I was inspired by an early Bond villain.
In Thunderball, Largo uses a lit cigar (for heat) and ice (for cold) as tools of torture.

    16. I display a moment of embarrassment regarding my profession.
    After Bond’s “concierge” comment.
    17. Tempus fugit.
The torture goes across 14 months apparently. So time does fly.
    18. Are these regulation?
The boots remind me of part military, part erotic dancer or S&M.
    19. Bond must hate me for what I do.
    She manages his torture.
    20. The Bond film's director takes credit for my character.
Lee Tamahori says so in the commentary. He also talks a little too much about his 14-year-old son.

    21. This was filmed over six weeks’ time.
Says Pierce Brosnan during the commentary. They'd pick up this scene at the end of the day, after filming other stuff.

Excellent job there @RichardTheBruce. You had me bouncing around all over the place before I finally cracked it.

Listen guys, I'm extremely busy this weekend. I hate to make excuses but I won't be able to start another round for a few days. I know there have been complaints before about people holding things up so... Are you okay with waiting or should I pass my turn? What is the consensus?
