Well, that didn't take long. Yes, @Birdleson, you are correct again. It is the Blades Concierge from DAD.

    1) I serve a very specific purpose and I do my job well.
He simply delivers the envelope containing the key to Bond.

    2) The time is right to take the road less traveled.

The key opens a door which leads to the abandoned station for abandoned agents.

    3) A touch of grey.
    In his hair.

    4) Did I help to thaw your frozen heart?
He appears right after Frost rejects Bond's advances.

    5) I'm cognizant of Bond's identity.

He calls him Commander and the envelope has Commander (James?) Bond printed on it.

    6) Interior design might be a hobby of mine.
He makes a comment that the place needed redecorating anyway (after the sword fight).

So that's that then. Good job. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next.

I know the next character that I'm going to play, I just have to get home so I can get a chance to put it together.

    Is it Moneypenny?

I actually presumed the 'road less travelled' was also a clue to Frost, after the poet.

    Coincidence?

The last clue had me thinking about him and then the others were screaming his name. It's funny, I had a good Gardner clue saved up for a future character. Perhaps I will segue into that one next? We shall see...

Anyway, great job with the clues as you always do. I've a busy day ahead of me, but I promise to get something up at some point today. See you all soon.

Got into a minor car accident a couple hours ago. My chest is sore from hitting the steering wheel. I'll be okay. I have to call the insurance company. Will post as soon as I can - that's a promise.

Very glad you are okay! Just take care and recover well. We can take a few days break, no problem.

As always, @Birdleson shows what a truly compassionate, simpering, whining, teary-eyed and easily melted compadre he is. (And I want my emoticons back ...)

Let's get on with the show, shall we?

    Eon Character :

    1) You don't know my name, but you know me very well just the same.
    2) Only a part of me appears on-screen.
    3) What do James Bond and Han Solo have in common?
