Yes!! it is Venz from A View to a Kill played by Dolph Lundgren
Funny with the football clue it was actually Dolph short for Dolphins. But I highly admire the other reason as well in terms of different thinking. Great job in figuring it out.
1. This was my big break.
My first time in a feature film.

I assist in helping Klotkoff when he's thrown down by Mayday. I also draw my weapon in his defense.
3. I look completely different than another role I played in the same year.
Without the high and tight and muscles, I look different than when I play Ivan Drago in Rocky 4. Also released in 1985.
4. The weather was better yesterday.
I sort of messed up on this one. I thought his scene was the day after the sale in which it was nice and sunny unlike this day when it was cloudy and foggy. But it was 2 days.
5. Right place at the right time
I was brought in for this scene when they couldn't find the extra.
6. I help protect what matters most, in this scene particularly.
General Gogols Bodyguard.
7. Relationships have their perks.
Since he was dating Grace Jones, it was an extra bonus to be apart of this.

I help Klotkoff but he's killed shortly after.
