I am out of town this weekend and having trouble with the wifi here, so bear with me and the explanations please.
He is asleep in the bed next to her when M gets the phone call in the middle of the night. He has no shirt on. M calls Dimitrios a "slimy" bugger. Bond is in the Bahamas in a different time zone. He dies sometime before SF. M mentions her children in GE, but is it the same character? If so, is this the father of her children etc...

She greets Bond with "Buongiorno" and asks how she may help him in English.
When Bond first enters the shop, he bumps into a woman and begs her pardon.
This young lady is very dedicated, giving Bond the flowers with a smile despite the accident.
In LALD, Bond orders something from the Voodoo Shop Woman to distract her as well.
The guy on the bike who crashed through the window must have been on his way to a funeral.
There is a Visa sticker on the front door.
