By the way, for the first time I discovered that Jaws' Bald Henchman is listed as Samuel, though it does not appear in the film.

It's actually Sandor. But whatevs. ;)

Jaws had a thing for bald guys... and then he met Dolly.

Since MR is on the brain, I'll guess one of the Technicians in the Venini Laboratory?

Don't know why I keep thinking of MR, and this will be my final attempt for awhile should it go awry, but the Venice Coffin Assassin seems to fit.

@St_George , Sandor is his bald henchman in TSWLM, I was referring to the guy running the gondola in MR (Samuel).

Oh right. Fair enough. Just ignore me; carry on. ;)

Not the Policeman at OHMSS's end.

@pachazo has it: the Italian Lady with Cherries, QOS (see my explanation below). Nice job.

Youtube 2:27 to 2:33. What a great action scene.

    Answers:

    1) Someone's in a hurry.
Bond and Mitchell dart through the area.
    2) Battleship is part descriptor for me.
    Battleship grey describes her hair.
    3) We could do more interesting stuff.
The Palio di Siena horse race, held since around 1633, is going on literally right down the street.
    4) Things happen without warning.
To her, the action comes as a total surprise..
    5) I have a simple task.
Raising the food and drink on a wood basket using a block and tackle.

    6) This time I fail.
She drops her objects from a considerable height.
    7) Some foreshadowing here.
The block and tackle concept becomes key to the bell tower action.
    8) I'm not in the way.
The lady is positioned to the side of the stairs, there's enough room for a normal person to easily move round.
    9) I assume a classic dramatic pose.
    Sadness, despair, head in hands.

    10) Buying me an ice cream is not gonna help.
She's the opposite of Bibi Dahl.
And I took those to be red cherries (see the stems in the video or image below) that dropped to the ground--spoiled, of no use for an ice cream sundae topping or adult beverage.

    11) You shouldn't stair.
Surely she wishes Bond and Mitchell never used that stairway.
    12) Even if there was more time Bond would not find me remotely attractive or of romantic interest.
Unless she's single, there may be nothing to interest Bond in this lady.

It would be interesting to identify all the objects on the wooden basket, starting with the bottle and its contents.

Thanks for letting me slip in the "stair" clue before ending this, @pachazo. Over to you!

I just had a feeling that the word stair wasn't a typo. I'm getting a better feel for your style the more you play @RichardTheBruce.

You've obviously done your research and I'll take your word for it that they're cherries. I must confess that I never paid it that much attention. Well done!

I've got a few possibilities in mind. We'll be right back after these messages.

    EON Character :

    1) I'm happy to report that the search to find my companions was a rousing success!
    2) Did you call the kettle black while traveling to the elevated ground?
    3) The outcome resulted in a sound that you can't hear anymore.
    4) Is the setting appropriate? Yes and no.
    5) Nameless but not speechless am I.
    6) You're going to have to go around.
    7) Perhaps I had some help from Q.
    8) Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I (pachazo) believe that this is the first time we see this type of character in the series.

    10) Sheriff Pepper would not approve.

    11) If you gave me the name of your occulist, perhaps I could do something about these dark circles.
