Not all clues are fitting but I try it because of your location: Tiger Tanaka?

    Not Tiger Tanaka
I’ll add one more clue now. That should give it away!

    Not Kerim Bey.
    Clues 10 & 11 really give away a lot.

@MayDayDiVicenzo well done. Now, that was efficient. One guess, one win!
Strange that Hip never crossed my mind. Cool round @Benny

    Named, EON character with dialogue.

    1. You could be forgiven for wondering who I am at first
    .
When Bond is arrested and taken on the boat to 'police headquarters' we're unsure if Hip is good or bad.
    2. I guess my mistake is forgiven.
Despite leaving Bond at the karate school and having to escape using the boat, Bond obviously forgives Hip's mistake
    3. Impersonation is something I can do.
Hip impersonates a nut vendor at the boxing match.
    4. I'm something of a skeptic. But not always.
When looking for a way into Hai-Fat's mansion Hip say's 'No way!' However when faced with a whole load of karate school students, he's taking them all on.
    5. Whilst I'm not overly large in stature, what I cover is big!
Hip is not the tallest man, however his jurisdiction seems to cover from Bangkok to Hong Kong. A rather large area to say the least.
    6. Often two's company, three's a crowd. But not always in my case.
When Hip and his nieces rescue Bond from Hai-Fat's karate school, Hip and the two nieces fight off the karate students. As Bond watches on.
    7. I could be mistaken for being something of a ladies man.
When Hip makes contact with Gibson in the Bottoms Up club, the scantily clad hostess gives Hip a smile.
    8. I travel a lot in my role. Sometimes long, sometimes short distances. It varies.
Hip seems to have an area from Hong Kong to Bangkok. Obviously covering several countries. However he also mentions passing Hai-Fat's several times with his nieces. Not such a long journey.
    9. At one point Bond and I do the same thing together.
Whilst spying on Hai-Fat's mansion Bond has hip on his shoulders, then they swap and Bond goes on Hip's shoulders.
    10. I’m certainly a family man.
Hip drops off his nieces. Clearly a family man.
    11. I can shoulder the responsibility.
As mentioned above, Hip lets Bond stand on his shoulders to spy on Hai-Fat.

    Over to you @MayDayDiVicenzo

Unnamed, EON character with no dialogue! I promise this won’t be as difficult as it appears from that description!

    2. It wasn’t me, promise!
