    On we go... a slight tweak to #1 and two more clues.

    1. Is he kidding? Do I look alright?!
    2. Is the good cop acting out of guilt?
    3. You can see me very clearly while I'm trying to see Bond.
    4. I suffer multiple injuries over the course of several minutes, but probably survived.

    Congatulations @w2bond you are correct! It is the St Cyril's Guard shot by Melina and then pistol-whipped by Columbo. Visible from around 5:10 onwards in this clip:



    I think most of the clues are self-explanatory; he nearly gets shot by Karageorge but Columbo tells him not to and Melina shoots him with the crossbow instead. The 'good cop bad cop' reference is the difference between Melina treating his wounds and Columbo thumping him!
