I’ve added 2 bonus clues for today, and if that doesn’t do the job I’ll add extra clues each day to speed it up.
Good luck - winner every time!
I realise that would be a little obvious due to the above clue. But she does fit some of the clues.

Really? Wow that’s amazing. OK, as long as it’s not annoying anyone! I’m still a bit of a newbie so if there’s ever anything I should be doing that I”m not please let me know! 😊
I did wonder if I could get away with it ... but I chickened out! 😉 It’s not him!

I'm not sure if the DAF image was a red herring, but some of these clues do fit many DAF characters.
Just picked the image to go with my ‘winner every time’ comment, but in hindsight I can see it could be a (slight) help
Ahhhh damn, that looks pretty spot on to me.
Mrs Bell ... hmm, never thought of that! 🤔 ....
1. Mission not accomplished
(She was there for a flying lesson, but didn’t get one)
2. The answer to your question is no
(“Same time tomorrow, Mrs Bell?” - she has an appointment with intensive care instead)
3. I’m near the top of the list
(Mr Bleeker states on the telephone that she is one of his best pupils)
4. You can’t knock my ambition
(Learning to fly is an adventurous hobby)
5. A picture paints a thousand words
(Mrs Bell is lost for words at the end, but her expression tells us everything)
6. The scenery is stunning - if you can find it
(The airport is called Lakeside Airport and Adam tells Bond that he’ll have great views of the lake from the sky - but there’s not much to look at from the ground)
7. Bond should know a lot more about me than he does
(Bond pretends to be flying instructor, but doesn’t even know Mrs Bell’s name)
8. You think I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors? Think again
(Play on words - the study of bells is campanology, nothing to do with actual camping)
9. Others follow me, but I am the leader
(The first - but not the last - character to say sh** in a Bond film)
10. I’m in a rather exclusive group
(One of very few characters to swear on-screen)
11. We are leaving in a ‘similar‘ manner to your arrival
(Bond has just arrived by taxi to the airfield, and attempts to leave by taxiing down the runway in a plane)
12. I’ll be expecting some money after this encounter
(I never received my lesson so a refund is in order)
13. 33 is good, but less is bad news
(The wingspan of a Cessna 140 is 33ft)
14. Punctuality was the problem
(If only Mr Bleeker hadn’t been on the phone, he could have started the lesson on time)
15. Information about me reaches Bond via two intermediaries
(Mr Bleeker tells Felix on the telephone she will pull through)
16. Did anyone notice where my feet went?
(wingspan at the end is considerably less than the 33 feet of a Cessna 140 - also we only see Mrs Bell from the waist up as she is sat in the cockpit)
17. A trip to the hardware store won’t solve this one
(Mr Bleeker tells Felix he can’t just glue the wings back on)
18. The last time Bond tried to do this he had more wheels
(Bond tries to get through a gap too small for his vehicle- similar to the DAF car stunt. In that case he had 4 wheels, here the Cessna has 3)
19. It looks to me like Bond is missing a vital piece of equipment
(the wings of the plane)
20. N for November
(the tail registration of the plane begins with N)
21. In the evenings I imagine myself drinking vodka martinis with Tintin
(Tintinnabulum and Vesper are both types of bell)
22. Bond would do well to listen to me...
(She offers constructive advice by telling him he’s over-revving)
23. ...then again, he won’t like what I have to tell him
(Bond doesn’t like criticism, and may not be impressed with Mrs Bell’s pottymouth either)
24. I’m a little overdressed for the occasion wouldn’t you say?
(wearing aviator hat and goggles but it’s not an open-topped plane)
25. Do these look black? Not to me they don’t.
(According to the TV show, orange - the colour of her goggles - is the new black, but in the 70s orange was just orange)
26. My day would have been considerably easier if that woman hadn’t interfered
(If Solitaire hadn’t provided the distraction, Bond wouldn’t have escaped Kananga’s men)
27. Sorry James, but I don’t think either of us will be at the next meeting
(Same time tomorrow?’ - James was joking and Mrs Bell’s in the hospital)
28. I’m behaving like a soldier, in one aspect at least
(She swears like a trooper)
29. If Bond hadn’t looked left he would never have met me
(after leaving the hanger on foot looking for an escape route Bond initially looked right, only after glancing left did he spot Mrs Bell’s plane)
30. This situation could be summed up by paraphrasing Rick
(Rick Blaine’s famous quote from Casablanca becomes ‘Of all the planes in all the airfields in all the world, he climbs into mine’)
31. Riddle me this: what’s black and white and red all over?
(The plane is red and white, with the flying school logo in black lettering)
32. It’s hardly value for money, is it?
(a flying lesson that only lasts a couple of minutes)
33. Bond’s still thinking about me while he’s getting dressed
(Asks Leiter how Mrs Bell is whilst he chooses which tie he wants to wear)
34. There’s no room for passengers on this adventure
(Cessna 140 is a 2-seater plane)
35. I’m the recipient of not one but two of James’ quips
(Let’s just wing shall we? Same time tomorrow?)
36. Will you need collision coverage? ... accidents do happen!
(and it did!)
37. I don’t know who Bond really is, or even his name
(Bond never mentions name, and pretends to be the instructor)
38. When Bond tried to do this in a later film he succeeded - with considerable ease, I might add ...
39. ...but he didn’t have the pleasure of my (or anyone else’s) company on that occasion
(The Acrostar stunt in Octopussy - squeezing a plane through the narrow gap of closing hanger doors)
In addition the DAF picture pointed to the stunt referred to in clue 18, and goldenswissroyale’s Vesper guess gives the clue to the vodka martini mentioned in clue 21.
Congratulations @Birdleson you are the very worthy winner, and I need a lie down! 😊
Never thought about clue 9 before. Good trivia.
Ah @pachazo it was in the palm of your hand! 😊 Good luck for the next round!
And @Max_The_Parrot congratulations on an awesome round. Great clues, and well played. Never worry how long it takes to complete. I'm sure all of those playing are enjoying it. :-bd
