I knew it would be a very quick round without resorting to ridiculously obscure clues, but I noticed she hadn’t been played before and -with Moonraker my favourite Bond film - I couldn’t bear to let anybody else play her first!
1. I need a great deal of luck, and I appear to have it
(Despite the space station blowing up, somehow she survives)
2. Things might have been different if I was acrophobic
(Jaws is very tall - not a partner for someone afraid of heights)
3. I want to help but you seem to be managing perfectly well on your own
(Rescuing Jaws from the rubble of the cable-car station, but Jaws lifts the wheel easily on his own)
4. In this scene I’m mirroring another character in at least three different ways...
(When Dolly tries to rescue Jaws from the cable car crash she mirrors Jaws by pushing the wheel, brushing dust off herself and smiling broadly)
5. ... And we are both wearing (different) accessories with something in common...
(Dolly has metal rimmed glasses, Jaws has metal teeth)
6. ... And the outdoor furniture matches my costume
(white tables and chairs)
I couldn’t resist putting in a clue about ‘bracegate’ next (‘Brace yourselves, I’m about to cause a major argument’) which would surely have given the game away, so you got in just in time! 😝
Anyway, a new round from me is on its way...
1. I'm having a really bad final day at work... but could anyone really have succeeded with this lunatic?
2. It's likely I survived, but only if I got out of the building in time.
1. I'm having a really bad final day at work... but could anyone really have succeeded with this lunatic?
2. It's likely I survived, but only if I got out of the building in time.
3. There are many people in the Bond series who could do with my professional services, but this is the only time this career is ever mentioned.
4. 16 times in 7 seconds!
Incorrect:
Lt. Orso (QOS)
Samuel (MR)
Stacey Sutton
Waitress (QOS)
👍🤞
Clues are pretty self-explanatory so I'll just hand right over to you, @CommanderRoss . Well done.
ANyway, I'll be back asap with clues.
