Yes, I figured the latest clues would give it away. @Birdleson, this is not the first time your timing was just seconds off. I feel your pain. Congratulations to @goldenswissroyale ! I was really hoping that someone would be able to tell me his name as I spent a good amount of time researching it! Please upgrade your technology, my friend! However, you guessed the right guy and I cannot hold it against you over such a minor technicality. It is the Blackjack Dealer from DAF!

    1) They are watching my every move.
Bond, Felix and all of the C.I.A. agents up in the booth.

    2) It's slowly revealed that I'm included in the plans of this Jewish gang.

They call it "Operation Passover", although this is probably meant as an American football reference. "Quaterback to Tight End, commence Operation Passover!" See what I did there?

    3) Although, it's up for debate who my actual employer is.
Is he one of the "upwards of 30 agents" that Felix claims he has on the casino floor, or is he a Circus Circus employee who has been persuaded to cooperate?

    4) There's the signal.
    From Maxwell

    5) My name can be seen, although it is never spoken out loud.

They are finally selling 8K televisions now in America, but I actually got this off an old 1080 bluray player : his nametag reads Frank 5005. Now you know!

    6) Bond was violent in a similar situation earlier in the film.
"Hit me" at the blackjack table in Cai Cai Cairo!

    7) I made a very good suggestion.
Why don't you play the water balloons?

    8) Luke used the Force to appear in the future.
Mark Hamill also made an appearance at the Circus Circus Casino in the 1978 film Corvette Summer.

    9) I'm glad that she arrived safely, but now I must get rid of her.

He must direct her towards the water balloons.

    10) My identity is comprised of all the different colors.
Circus Circus employees wore some very colorful outfits in 1971!

    11) What's there to say? Perhaps I'm related to May Day.

He is a dark skinned man of very few words.

    12) This place has come under new ownership.

Phil Ruffin acquired the property in October 2019.

    13) Surprise! One of my guests had to leave abruptly.

    Tiffany of course.

    14) It appears that I walk right past the Main Bond Girl at the beginning of the scene, but that wouldn't make any sense. I (pachazo) honestly can't tell if it's this character or not, but the similarities are remarkable.
Take a look for yourself. Is it another case of bad editing in DAF?

    15) The name of the next Bond actor is said right before my big moment.
The most obvious clue in the world, apparently.

    16) I'd fit right in at the Casino Royale with that poker face of mine.
So many gambling references here. For those of who you have never been to Vegas, there is a Casino Royale located on the Las Vegas strip. It didn't exist in 1971 however.

I was always itching to play him! Life circumstances prevented me from going further with it, but I'm satisfied with how it all played out. @goldenswissroyale, no offense, but I must now direct my poker face towards you.

Some very smart clues, I especially like Nr. 14...didn't spot him ever before.
I will start a new round tomorrow.
And sorry again @Birdleson . It happend before: I beat @pachazo by a nose a few months ago. Would be fair if you could “annoy“ me the same way in the future...

Not the one named after her father. But the clues could lead to her indeed. Good try.

Solved by @Birdleson. Very well done, sir. That was quick!

It is indeed Bond's masseuse in YOLT (played by Jeanne Roland who had also a little role in CR'67. Two bondfilms in the same year isn't bad. I'm not sure if someone else managed to do the same thing?)

    1. Bond is describing me completely wrong.
    He says: "old little lady"
    2. Did one shot of me inspire the marketing strategy for another Bond film?
The camera shot shows Bond (sitting in the tub) between her naked legs, similar to the famous poster of FYEO.
    3. A movie title from one of Saoirse Ronan's films comes to mind.
He says "Lady" to her and he speaks about the Japanese proverb featuring "Birds" who don't like bare trees. Ronan's movie is called "Lady Bird".
    4. I'm replaced very quick.
She starts to massage Bond and soon Aki arrives and goes on with the massage(and will work "under Bond" later...)
    5. Is there an animal in the water?
    No, but Tiger (Tanaka)
    6. I'm dressed exactly the same in my later scene.
Bikini when Bond takes a Bath and later when she helps to "transform" him to a Japanese...
    7. Bond and squares are part of the show.
The wall is full of big squres (When Aki and the other Bikini girls try to transform him to a Japanese)

I always thought that her name is Hera as it is said "Eyepieces to Hera" by Aki and this is mentioned here : https://jamesbond.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_Minor_Characters_in_You_Only_Live_Twice

But I'm not sure that it is really the masseuse: her hair is very different and we see a girl standing on the left (in the last shot of the Scene) which looks much more like the masseuse before.
    Does someone knows for sure?

Very interesting clues. Do you mean with "unused" that the character wasn't played here before?

Thanks @Birdleson good character choice, it just came to me in a flash with the last set of clues, luck I guess. I’m not sure what clue 1 refers to tho if you wouldn’t mind explaining that to me.

Ah got ya, I was thinking it was a reference to a specific character - being a Hanna-Barbera kid I don’t know the old WB characters well.

As it’s Sunday I’ll try and get the next round going later.

    Guess the EON character

1 You’ll need to put some time and effort into finding me...
2 But if you want to know where I am just look at me ...
3 And once you’ve found me, you won’t be staying long
4 It appears I’m helping out with a little product placement
5 I’m in constant communication with someone, but you never find out who

    Previous guesses

    Ambulance worker (MR)
    Leo (CR)
    Phone booth woman (OP)

Thanks for kicking things off, it’s neither Leo nor the funambulist ... speaking of which, Moonraker is my favourite film but I can’t picture the funambulist at all - I’m guessing it’s in Rio? Gives me the perfect excuse to watch again!
