    @Daniel316 It can be, yes. Basically when the question setter says it’s an EON character it could be any character in any of the official James Bond films Dr No to Spectre (not NTTD until a mod gives the word), whether someone has used them before or not.

    Oh Ruby is a good guess, and as it’s not right the other angels are in the running.

    Personally I still haven’t got a clue but to show willing I’ll say Largo, I can fit him into a couple of clues
