@ShakenNotStirred : You almost had it with Bob Conley!
I've seen that pachazo played him before but decided to give it another try and focus more on the second scene. The character is much more famous for the moment where May Day takes him over her head as for his second scene where he is cut into pieces by the propeller. Fun thing is: I wanted to play the guy who is killed by the turbine and I learned after a bit of research that this is the same guy! I didn't know that!
Character: Klotkoff from AVTAK
1. I do something which is often a highlight to watch when Bond is doing so.
He provokes the main villain. (Experiment/freak)
2. I'm not treated nicely, twice!
May Day grabs him in his first scene and hurls him in a corner. And the second time? He is killed!
3. Danger is right between us.
In his second scene (at the docks), you can read "Danger" between him and Scarpine.
4. Robert Shaw comes to mind.
The actor is called Bogdan Kominowski and he decided to call himself Mr. Lee Grant for his singing career. Grant was, as we all know, played by Robert Shaw.
5. Bond is using a related “weapon“ in a later movie.
Limpet mine. Bond uses a modern variation of it in GE.
6. I don't talk big anymore at our second encounter.
In the first scene, he feels safe in company of General Gogol and provokes Zorin. When he is captured at the docks he doesn't say anything to the villains.
7. How exciting, they are talking about numbers.
Max and Bob Conley talk about the number of valves, the amount of pressure and how many days are left till project Main Strike.
8. I'm too slow.
Way to slow when he places the limpet mine. May Day grabs him.
9. Bond screwed it up!...
They can only catch Klotkoff because Bond blocked the propeller with his scuba (is this the right word??)
10....but I won't learn that it was Bond.
Klotkoff doesn't see Bond.
11. I was recruited to work in the shadows.
He is spying around in the dark and the actor was in the movie "Jack Reacher: Shadow Recruit".
