Who is that?
1. Jaws was seen at a similar place. - in the limelight, in Giza
2. Someone has to wash it. Again and again. - the big eye?
3. The others left VERY quick. - could be other performers in the play, could be a reference to the chase between Bond and Greene/henchmen, or the Quantum members.
4. I'm very mean!
5. Surprisingly, there are no windows. - Not quite out a window, but at the end of the play Tosca hurls herself off a parapet (thanks Wikipedia!).
6. The first thing I do is saying a name of another character. - "Angelotti!"
7. I'm part of the main cast. - of Tosca
8. R.I.P. - He dies in the play
9. My character was created many years before I appeared in this movie. Tosca premiered in Rome, 1900
10. I (goldenswissroyale) met the actor once, where he described how freezing it was to shoot the scene. - Sebastien Soulez is in the credits of QoS as Baron Scaripa, did you meet him @goldenswissroyale? Night time in Bregenz, Austria could be chilly.

17. Think about the saturday henchman. His name could be useful to find me. - Saturday = Samedi = Baron Samedi = Baron Scaripa
Still working on this one, and learning a lot about Tosca in the meantime. :))
If it's true, my process was first with Clue 7 and 14: not necessarily part of the main cast of the Bond film, if they only appear for a few seconds; where has there been a cast within the film? Thought of Tosca, then solved the riddle of Clue 17 to be Baron Samedi, and sure enough there's one Baron in Tosca. Filled in the rest as creatively as I could. :P
I had many tricky clues but you did exactly the right thing: Combine 7/14/17:)
Character: Opera singer, playing the character Baron Scarpia
Like NickTwentyTwo, I learned a lot about Tosca (or in other words: I didn't know anything about the play beforehand). I always thought that the singer played a nice guy who is suddenly killed by this woman. But Wikipedia and other homepages told me that Scarpia was an a**hole. The main villain! Tosca (the woman) had a friend who Scarpia decided to be executed the next day except she would spend the night with him. I don't want to spoiler it for you, but there isn't any wedding in the end of the play;)
EON character:
1. Jaws was seen at a similar place.
We see a grille with a chain on the stage (a bit similar the one at the pyramids)
2. Someone has to wash it. Again and again. His Shirt is full of blood in the end. I suppose that he used the same clothes for several performances.
3. The others left VERY quick.
We see only Scarpia, suddenly the eye is opened and a lot of people appear behind it and on the stage. A bit later, they are all disappeared and we see only Scarpia and Tosca.
4. I'm very mean!
Yes! Read the summary of the play…
5. Surprisingly, there are no windows.
Scarpia stands in a sort of "elevator", like the one a window washer would use.
6. The first thing I do is saying a name of another character.
He's singing: "Aaaaahhhh Tosca!"
7. I'm part of the main cast.
Of Tosca.
8. R.I.P.
There are many crosses/roods (sorry, I'm not sure which one is the right word for it) and Scarpia dies.
9. My character was created many years before I appeared in this movie.
Wikipedia says that the play premiered in 1900.
10. I (goldenswissroyale) met the actor once, where he described how freezing it was to shoot the scene.
I met the singer/Actor Sébastien Soules at a Bond Event in Bregenz. He was very funny and I really thought he played a nice guy. The Scenes were filmed around March (if I remember it right), obviously before the official season would begin, and he had to perform several nights in his shirt. Someone was Always Ready to give him a jacket as soon as they said "Cut". They finally decided that he had to only move his lips and use another take of his voice for the film. And he thought this was even trickier to do and he thought it looked very strange to do playback for hours…
I wanted to post a picture with me and him but I'm not smart enough for the upload.
11. This woman isn't everyone's taste.
Mr White: "Tosca isn't for everyone".
12. Wine is wasted between my appearances.
During the kitchen action: A bottle is hit by a bullet.
13. OHCYSP: no shower involved…
Psycho (the most famous stabbing killer scene) came to mind when I saw the Woman with her knife. I wrote it the other way round because it was more fun (!) and as a hint that something is reversed: Tosca kills the man, in the movie weh have a male killer and a female victim instead.
14. Despite clue 7, you can see me only for some seconds.
Yes!
15. Solve this riddle: Shanghai Airport and a Taiwanese tycoon have something in common. Look at it the right way and I'll be there…
Royal Ascot Racecourse, in Berkshire was used for the scene of the Airport in SF and the Taiwanese tycoon was standing next to Zorin and Mayday at the horse race, also filmed there. Mix ascot and you receive "Tosca".
16. I wear my shirt unbuttoned for a short moment.
Yes, but not in the beginning and not when he is stabbed.
17. Think about the saturday henchman. His name could be useful to find me.
Baron Samedi is another Baron.
Over to you @NickTwentyTwo
I won once before probably two years ago; it was the club owner in FRWL.
I'm not as good at this as the rest of you but I'll try to come up with something before tomorrow!

2. Five minutes earlier, and I may not have been so eager to help.
3. Please don't confuse me with someone you met on a train.
4. I represent a first for the franchise.
Moneypenny?
Very good round, have to admit I wasn’t on the right track with any of the clues really. I thought I’d cracked it at the very beginning with the first 3 clues and was about to claim my victory with Miss Caruso when @goldenswissroyale burst my bubble with the next 2 clues, and since then I’ve been grasping at straws! ☺️
Just in case it’s my lucky day I’ll have a go with May Day.
