That's an unbelievable solve by @R1s1ngs0n . I believe his name is Mr. Ramoles but you're close enough. I thought I'd get a lot more mileage out of that one!

    *shakes fist*

    1. There is ambiguity over where exactly I operate, but it's certainly a place of political unrest.

Most sources say it's an unnamed Latin American country, but the mirror behind the bar says EUZKADI which is local term for Basque Country (Spain).

    2. The last thing you get to know about me is that I have people everywhere.

The man at the bar advises Bond not to return his hotel, as Ramoles will have people watching it.

Well done, he says through gritted teeth ;)

I was pretty sure I got it and it’s definitely Ramirez. Goldfinger is the one Bond film I can practically recite by heart from start to finish.
Bond’s contact according to the script is named Sierra.

@R1s1ngs0n , you may want to repost your clues under the updated list, so they don't get overlooked.

Done. But it really should say Ramirez on the list instead of Ramoles ;)

There are sources online saying both Ramirez and Ramoles. The sound clip is much more like the latter, but to be fair Ramirez is more plausible. I don't mind if it's changed to that in the list.

To me it always sounded like Ramirez 🤷‍♂️
I checked both James Bond wiki and the script online and both confirm this.

The transgender model in FYEO? I can't remember if she had any lines, but she sure was a first for the franchise.

Woman at harbour in Dr. No?
    Well done.
That lady is the first woman of color Bond interacts with.
“He him” is her reply when Bond asks her about Quarrel’s whereabouts.

To clarify: with “titles“ I mean the title sequence. If “titles“ is confusing, I could change it in the clue.
