Two new clues. I believe this is enough to solve it.

Joe, the helicopter pilot in DAF

Yes, that's it. Well done @R1s1ngs0n.
    Joe, helicopter pilot (DAF)
    1. The story I hear isn't true.
That Dr. Tynan was bitten by a bug and is sick now.
    2. Others meet a similar fate later in the movie.
    Killed in an exploding helicopter.
    3. Evolution or creationism? It doesn't matter.
"If God had wanted man to fly Mr Wint…""He would have giv·en him wings Mr Kidd." Doesn't matter why and how the human species was created/developed (and resulted without wings) for Joe.
    4. Two legs are missing.
The scorpion (that killed Dr. Tynan)has eight legs. The bug in the later talk has only six.
    5. TMWTG
Joe is seen with a gun. The man with the gun.
    6. My name is said twice in my absence.
Tynan asks where Joe is and the killers explain that Joe can't make it tonight.
    7. Check out the very first thing you see after the titles and you know where you can find me.
After the song, we see a Diamond. Under the Diamond is a note: Star of South Africa. Joe is seen in South Africa.
    8. Icarus is a giant deadly satellite somehow similar to the one in DAF. And Icarus was a guy who could fly with assembled wings (see #3) but he fell down (like the helicopter).
    9. The master is in the same scene. The scorpion is called a master of killing by Wint/Kidd.
    10. All men of this scene will die sooner or later in this movie.
Tynan and Joe are killed by Wint/Kidd and These two die in the final confrontation.
Strangely, there is another man in the helicopter (?!)
    11. You never see me standing.
Sitting in the helicopter the whole time.

Well done! Good round, I was completely at a loss, thinking in greek mythology because of those legs.

    Nice round @goldenswissroyale

    1. Out of seven I’m his second.
    2. My partner is his fourth.
    3. I (partially) exit the car in dramatic fashion.

    Incorrect:
    Dryden

To get the no doubt red herring out of the way:

    Dryden?

Not Dryden. I also corrected clue #2 and added a new one.

    @goldenswissroyale
    Very impressive 👏
Thought this one would last a bit longer, but once again I’m dealing with pros here 😉
It is indeed the Bulgarian driver in FRWL, Grant’s second victim out of an impressive seven.

Good idea with the numbers of victims. Though, the third clue was maybe a bit too obvious.

    New round:

    1. A similar floor can be seen in a restaurant of the Moore era.
    2. Bond takes me for a walk.
    3. Bond didn't expect to find me there.
    4. I put a smile on Bond's face.
    5. I'm completey irrelevant for the plot.
    6. My scene is situated in a capial city...
    7. But something of the door makes it unlikely that it was really shot in this country.

    Incorrect:
    Lupe
    The Lady Rose

Wow, very good spy work by @Birdleson.
I didn't expect a such early win. I hope it was alright to choose this unusual “character“.

    1. The floor in front of the elevator is black and white like a chessboard. Same thing can be seen in the restaurant in FYEO. In reality, it isn't a restaurant but the outside of the Achilleion ins Korfu.
    7. Gumbold's office is in Berne. In Switzerland, we usually have door handles and none of the round door knobs.

Good round; I especially liked the 'end of the alphabet' clue (Zagreb, I guess). Great rounds recently, 'Helicopter Joe' e.g.

    Next one:

    1. Bond still remembers me (but the audience can easily miss/forget this point)
    2. I miss this game
    3. A surprising turn of events
    4. I'm determined to achieve my goal
    5. Colombia?
    (this clue may be misleading)
    6. I'm carrying a bag
    7. I'm hindered from speaking
    8. There's a connection with Russia
    9. I realize I'm not in good company
    10. I'm wearing something red

Some clues might be misleading, so don't overestimate clues that don't seem to fit in.

EDIT: This character which is quite well known should be easier to guess than my previous ones.

    Incorrect guesses:

    Paris Carver
