    Forgive me for not beeing too sharp on the scene anymore, but I think in YOLT Bond is welcomed aboard the submarine by the captain and his first officer? So I'm guessing (double) here.

    It is the Da Vinci Machine Operators from DAD

    1. We are a couple - We can hear two operators talking
    2. We're talking about you, not to you. - Bond is unconscious as they discuss the state of his body
    3. We have embraced a Covid-19-safe method of working - Examining Bond using remote technology
    4. Related to a Bond girl from a previous film, perhaps? - Giulietta da Vinci
    5. When you compare the maths it appears we've come up a little short - The Da Vinci machine has 3 robotic arms, compared to the -presumably- four arms of the two operators
    6. Wow! Now there's a mouthful! - Talk of neurotoxins, histamine, serotonin and enzyme inhibitors
    7. We are considerably more objective in our job than the woman doing the same job in the film immediately preceding this one. - Molly assessing Bond in TWINE

    Oh wow: 'hidden' or ''hiding in' with cryptic clues usually means there's a word within the words- no wonder I couldn't find any hidden words in 'Bond's family vault'! :D That is stunning impossible level stuff! :D When I saw the answer I actually thought you'd gone for a hidden anagram of 'Avon': bonus points if you know why!
