    Guess the EON character

    1. We are a couple
    2. We're talking about you, not to you.
    3. We have embraced a Covid-19-safe method of working
    4. Related to a Bond girl from a previous film, perhaps?
    5. When you compare the maths it appears we've come up a little short
    6. Wow! Now there's a mouthful!
    7. We are considerably more objective in our job than the woman doing the same job in the film immediately preceding this one.
    8. Are we hiding in Bond's family vault, perhaps?
    9. We have successfully identified our target
    10. Have we found evidence of Wint and Kidd?
    11. It's surprisingly difficult to drive, but with practice...
    12. Blue reveals the answers we seek
    13. A peckish Lecter may be disappointed
    14. We've seen Bond, looking like you've often seen him before
    15. ...and we've seen Bond, looking like you've never seen him before
    16. 1.3 million dollars. You were wondering what it cost.
    17. We try to inject a little humour into our scene
    18. Blofeld has one, but ours is more sophisticated
    19. Image enhancement
    20. Two appear as one, intuitively

Forgive me for not beeing too sharp on the scene anymore, but I think in YOLT Bond is welcomed aboard the submarine by the captain and his first officer? So I'm guessing (double) here.

Well done @Tokoloshe2, our preliminary scans show no brain damage whatsoever!

It is the Da Vinci Machine Operators from DAD

    1. We are a couple - We can hear two operators talking
    2. We're talking about you, not to you. - Bond is unconscious as they discuss the state of his body
    3. We have embraced a Covid-19-safe method of working - Examining Bond using remote technology
    4. Related to a Bond girl from a previous film, perhaps? - Giulietta da Vinci
    5. When you compare the maths it appears we've come up a little short - The Da Vinci machine has 3 robotic arms, compared to the -presumably- four arms of the two operators
    6. Wow! Now there's a mouthful! - Talk of neurotoxins, histamine, serotonin and enzyme inhibitors
    7. We are considerably more objective in our job than the woman doing the same job in the film immediately preceding this one. - Molly assessing Bond in TWINE
    8. Are we hiding in Bond's family vault, perhaps? - The 36th episode of James Bond Jr is called Leonardo Da Vinci's Vault
    9. We have successfully identified our target - it's definitely him, then
    10. Have we found evidence of Wint and Kidd? - Detected scorpion venom
    11. It's surprisingly difficult to drive, but with practice... - They operate a highly specialised piece of medical equipment by remote control, just like Q with his car in TND
    12. Blue reveals the answers we seek - Blue light represents Bond being scanned
    13. A peckish Lecter may be disappointed - Hannibal likes a nice liver, but in Bond's case 'liver not too good'
    14. We've seen Bond, looking like you've often seen him before - topless
    15. ..and we've seen Bond, looking like you've never seen him before - with full beard
    16. 1.3 million dollars. You were wondering what it cost. - The cost of the Da Vinci machine at the time of filming
    17. We try to inject a little humour into our scene - 'inject' refers to the machine taking blood samples, and the quip 'It`s definitely him, then'
    18. Blofeld has one, but ours is more sophisticated - The remote control lobotomy machine in SP
    19. Image enhancement - text seen on the monitor screens during the scans
    20. Two appear as one, intuitively - two operators but we only see one machine, also the Da Vinci machine is manufactured by Intuitive Surgical

    8. Are we hiding in Bond's family vault, perhaps? - The 36th episode of James Bond Jr is called Leonardo Da Vinci's Vault

Oh wow: 'hidden' or ''hiding in' with cryptic clues usually means there's a word within the words- no wonder I couldn't find any hidden words in 'Bond's family vault'! :D That is stunning impossible level stuff! :D When I saw the answer I actually thought you'd gone for a hidden anagram of 'Avon': bonus points if you know why!
    Well done @Tokoloshe2 !
