    Pretty sure it’s Simmons.

    @R1s1ngs0n .
Pretty sure you're correct! It is Simmons from Goldfinger
Phew... that’s a relief 😅 Would have looked like a fool if it had been wrong.
All clues matched perfectly except the one with Dr. Goodhead - how does this one fit?

I just finished editing them. The quote "I dislike being spied on " one would think he would since Jill is spying on his cards.
    Makes perfect sense 😬
    Good round !
Hope to come up with a new character pretty soon.

Here we go: unnamed EON character.

    3. We are the center of attention for most people present but Bond is hardly one of them.
    4. My opponent can't understand a word I'm saying but still wants to hurt me.

    Incorrect

It’s not the pool reactor technician but good start.

Excellent guess but sadly, not the character I'm looking for.

    The lead bull fighter???

    Exactly, well done !
This particular group of bullfighters is comprised of 8 members and is called Forcados. Each group has a lead man whose job is to grab onto the charging bull's head and is called Forcado da cara.

    1. Putting myself in harm’s way is a big part of my job.
Completely unarmed, on foot and directly facing an angry bull. Self explanatory.
    2. Among my colleagues, I’m the one who takes the biggest risks.
As the group's lead man, he's tasked with taunting the bull, then attempting to grab it by the head upon collision. Then immediately, six Forcados pile on the bull, subduing it while the eighth member grabs its tail, allowing the leader to extract himself.
    3. We are the center of attention for most people present but Bond is hardly one of them.
Bond is clearly more interested in Tracy and whatever information her father can provide about Blofeld.
    4. My opponent can't understand a word I'm saying but still wants to hurt me.
    Again, self explanatory.
    5. Our neighbours to the east do not have any use for us.
The Forcados are unique to Portuguese bullfighting and are not found in the more commonly known Spanish bullfighting.
    6. We wear our colors with pride.
The Forcado's traditional costume includes a green knit hat and red vest - colors of Portugal's flag.

    Great round @R1s1ngs0n
Stumped me at first, but clues 4 & 6 helped solve it.

    Ok, named EON character...

    1. My introduction is very Flemingesque.
    2. I'm very cautious
    3. I'm a very smart dresser
    4. And quite generous it would appear
