Indeed, well done. She is listed as "Russian girl". I couldn't play my best clues: I think the scene is interesting because it is snowing outside (would be part of the next clue) and the actress reappears as girl at pool in FYEO.
The refilling clue is linked to Magda (OP), who is in bed with a glass of champagne, too. A lot of MR was filmed in France instead of England and Colonel Scott is calling Gogol at night informing him about Drax' space station. Gogol explains that he was already awake because of "problems, problems".
I hope you have time to come up with a new round @Tokoloshe2 ?
1. Today is really not going to be my cup of tea.
2. Ironically, animals don't seem to be affected by my work.

Explanations thus:
1. Today is really not going to be my cup of tea.
Before her death, Obruchev jokingly threatens to put Ebola in her tea
2. Ironically, animals don't seem to be affected by my work.
She doesn't appear to notice his bizarre "Yes, I like animals!"... and of course Heracles only appears to infect humans.
3. My colleagues are both acting unusually, but in totally different ways.
Hugh Dennis, who plays Dr. Hardy, is a comedy actor cast against type here.
4. A lie is told about my cause of death.
Mallory's claim "It was a gas explosion"
5. Elliot Carver was talking about a banker, I'm talking about a scientist.
Dr Symes remarks on Obruchev's imagination.
6. "But then it all went wrong, didn't it?"
Well, it's just about to for the good doctor. Bond later says this when referring to SPECTRE's theft of Heracles here and its use against them,
7. If this had been Star Trek, my outfit would have told you I was doomed.
She's wearing red, so she's dead.
8. I am jokingly told I'll end up looking like Le Chiffre.
Obruchev: "One day, I will put Ebola in your tea, and then I will watch as your faces sweat blood. And I will be laughing"
Over to you once more, Mr B.
Named Character, with Dialogue
Clues:
1. I don't even put on the pretense of civility, particularly with Bond.
2. My death echoes that of a character in a previous entry.
3. I lie without much effort or conviction.
4. But I really sound like I'm lying when I attempt to speak true.
5. The earlier character referred to in Clue #2 supplemented his income in the same fashion as me.
