Grant and th masseuse don't talk at all. It looks like a procedure they would repeat often. (Fleming writes that she is his masseuse for two years already).

Already mentioned in the first chapter. (She wouldn't wear a bra in the novel...)

She is only wearing underwear (or a bikini?) and is young and attractive.

Her massage oils are in a string bag (if this is the right word...). It reminds me of the "net" used by Honey for her shells. THe link to Honey is also helpful because they both wear a white bikini/white underwaer.
